Unauthorised debited money from my bank account since July couple of transactions

Mobile registered with multiple customer number message appearing after migration of data.

I had SB account no [protected] with Allahabad bank now amalgamated with indian bank. After migration of data I get the message on multiple occasions that mobile number is registered with multiple customer numbers presumably because i had a SB account no[protected] with indian bank which was closed much before amalgamation. Net banking showing error

NetBanking is not working for my account. It showing an error (ie 1122 no approvers available for the specifies matrix) . I already complain this about in near branch they can't be able to rectify it. In this pandemic situation we won't be able to go to bank for every transaction. BHIM Payment successful but money is not credited to Bank Account

I was sent 2.1k by a person through BHIM UPI on 2nd April 2021. On BHIM it shows Payment Completed but the money has not been credited to my Bank Account. Please resolve this asap.

I'm also not able to access my net banking.

IMPS transfer: Transaction status failed but amount debited from account

I am a customer of Allahabad bank which has been now merged to Indian bank. I did one IMPS transaction from my account yesterday 18th Feb, with IndOasis app. All the amount debited from my Account but transaction status is failed. There is no refund even after 24 hours. My all money stuck in their system and not able to use it....

I have transferred Rs.200000 from indian bank to SBI account through imps on 16/02/2021 and i got "comm failure between indian bank and npci" error. Amount got debited from my indian bank account and still the amount is not credited in the beneficiary account.

I have checked my savings account through IndPay mobile app, showing Rs.394 is deducted for Minimum Balance Charges.
