Dear Sir/ Madam,
My family both me and my mother have been operating an account with indian bank Trustpuram branch for the past 25 years and there is always considerable amount of fund maintained in these accounts.
For inactivity, my account was marked as not active during Covid as i lost access to my debit cards, gave a hand written request to the Branch manager in August to reactivate the account and its still not actioned nor was I contacted for any further information after having submitted all the required documents.
My mother has a Savings account and she is unable to read / process english very comfortably, her passbook entry is always a problem and her online banking services have also NOT reached us yet after repeated requests.
We are always asked to travel to HOME (Kodambakkam) branch for even a simple passbook entry.
We are being instructed to access online banking for which the details are not provided yet after more than one request.
Today in Saligramam Branch, i saw more than 2 elderly person being dodged for a simple pass book entry, which then happened with me as well.
I had to argue with the staff there to get a simple task o[censored]nderstanding the transactions made.
we are forced to maintain an account there due to other commitments as of now. Can this be looked into as many people are treated in a very worst manner and if they are illiterate its unexplainable.

      I have an Indian bank account SB[protected]. I have done one transaction on 17-Oct-22 for 1730 through GPay but the transaction has been failed and money has been debited from my account. I follow up with GPay customer care they told me to contact the Indian bank customer care. So l request you to refund my account in my account. Please find the transaction reference below. Please let me if you need more information for me.

        I still not yet received my refund money to my bank account issued by amazon on 29-31 july . It's been 3 months still not reflected in my bank account

          I have ordered an travel bag from amazon and later i didn't like the quality of the product so that i returned the product but i didn't received the refund yet which is already 2 months completed so that i called to customer service and they gave reference id of[protected] and my bank account number is [protected] which is located in ongole branch so please try to solve my problem and help me to get back my money

            Today I went to Indian Bank, Ashok Pillar - Chennai Branch with my mother-in-law for activate the account which is not used by her in the last 3 years because she is a old lady. The below problems are faced today in this bank branch within the 2 hours we spend.

            1. They treat the customer very rudely, we ask a lady which working there about the problem o[censored]s, then she started to scold us, "why not maintain the account regularly, we are not here to do this type of job, and why waste my time unnecessary, so on, so on...", if this is not her job!! then why she appointed there???
            2. There is no knowledgeable persons to solve any online/computer related problems. They shifted the customer from one counter to another counter, we went 4 counters to find a person, why the first counter person not know about this.
            3. There is only 2 persons have good knowledge of their work, others are simply sitting and sending the customers to other counters, finally, a person take our problem and try to resolve, but the server of Indian Bank always throw an error. Even the workers ready to work, the Indian Bank server not ready to help their customers.
            4. A man came and introduce himself about his deposit in that bank, that he have nearly 1 crore rupees in that branch, then the workers neglect us and start to do service to him, each and every customer is valuable for a concern, if Indian Bank behave like this, then the Bank should avoid the low deposit customers and bank should not allow us to take a account.

            And finally, a big problem for all customers is, there is no Fan/AC in that branch, there is no ventilation also, lot of aged customers/kids are suffer a lot but the works have individual table fan for them. Then who is customers for them?? Customers are not slaves...

              Cppc Indian Bank — Central Govt Freedom fighter Pension life certificate 03 November 2022 not update till now.
              Dear Sir/ Madam
              I am regret to inform you that my My Grand mother freedom fighter pension life certificate not update on time. I took my grand mother and submitted life certificate on 03/11/2022. But the bank pension department head not update on date( with in the deadline). So that my grandmother pension stoped 6 month before due to the bank person not update on date in the system. This events happened every 6 moonth when submit life certifcate. So that each time i went along with aged grand mother and ask the person regrading about and follow and push to update this cause my Grand mother and myself distress lot .

              Note: The Indian bank Departmant Head Rudely behave with me and my grand mother whenever we go to regarding life certificate submission.

              So that kindly requested now and do the needful so that it might be resolved very soon.

                    I have to get refund of Rs. 489+599+682 /-from ecommerce site Flipcart through PAYU. The company said that seller had processed the refund on 26 October 2022 and it should have been credited by 1 November 2022. But Bank didn't credited the amount of refund in my account till date.                           1. Revised pension to be paid @Rs. 24460/- pm w.e.f. 01/June/2014 to 31/12/2015 and its arrear to be paid.

                          2.Revised pension to be paid @ 63400/-pm w.e.f. 01/Jan/2016 to 31/08/2019 and its arrear to be paid.

                          3. Amount of differential Commutation Rs. 28122/- to be paid as stated in above office order at S.No.4.

                          As per ORDER NO.[protected]/3908828/A2 DATED 04/NOV/2022,

                          4. Revised Reduction Penson was to be paid W.E.F. 01/09/2019 TO 31/08/2022 and after that full pension i.e. w.e.f. 01/SEP/2022 but still pension is being paid at the reduction rate. Since the last date of reduction has been expired on 31st August 2022, the pension should be paid @Rs.63400/pm w.e.f. 01/SEP/2022. Kindly take immediate action to restore the payment of pension @Rs. 63400/- per month and its arrear.

                            This is the worst bank service I have ever seen. I applied for debit card a month ago. Today I only received the letter not the card. Branch says it will take more than one month to get it. SBI service is more better.

                                I have an account with Indian Bank for more than 8 years. When the minimum balance that is required to be maintained is raised it should be intimated to the customer, which is not done. At least when you are going to fine that person 2nd time he should be informed atleast by sms which is also not done.
                                Next the staff who is in the Trivandrum branch where I am having an account asked why did I take an account, I don't understand if have account with some other bank then should I not have account with Indian Bank??. They treat me like an enemy. They don't know mannars.

                                      With humble request and reverence...my wife applied for PMEGP loan scheme at Dist Munger, Bihar From the last Seven months the loan application is pending at the concerned Indian Bank Manager.                                         Dear sir,

                                        having SB account with Indian Bank Madipakkam Branch, Chennai vide A/c.[protected]. First of all I am not required Indian bank credit card and not opted also. In such a case who given permission to debit the amount in my SB a/c.

                                        Today got a message and verified my SB a/c that sum of Rs.100/- in my account without my consent. Would like to my consent, who given permission to debit an amount of Rs.100/-

                                        I would like to file a case in the Consumer court and criminal case before the High Court for breaching of contractual obligation. Please send me the proof in case I opted Indian Bank credit card for my reference. It is the fraud by your customer care department and bank.

                                        Kindly reverse the charges debited in my SB account without any further delay
