I deposit money on machine, then it give receipt which shows notes tendered please contact branch, cadh still not credited to my account, but the machine took the cash.

My name is Babita Hazra and I had ordered aio of RS. 10345 in Amazon on (13.07.21)
and after (15.07.21) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (15.07.21)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
74332741197119662262124 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

Sir my refund is showing but the account has not been added, the time is also over.

On 14 July, I submitted SB - SSY accont opening form to IB Motihari (IDIB000M753) iro my daughter aged 7 yrs along with UID of both and other docs. Till date account not opened.

I have recharged for jio fiber on July 19 amount 470.82+470.82 but it didn't reflect me so I want my refund

I gave Indian Bank Account number to Prime Minister Delivery amount scheme. I have received from the government but in Bank they block the transaction. on Aug 31, 2020, It got returned to the scheme. I didn't get proper information as well from the Bank

Sir, I deposited self assessment tax at Indian Bank unnao up vide cheque no.077470 dated11/02/2021from my own saving bank account [protected] in the same branch for ₹62000=00 to transfer this amount to department of income tax on my PAN no.ABJPB5652R.But this amount is not seen in 26 AS therefore It is not possible to file my ITR for assessment year 2021 -22

Oderd a product from amazon due to some issues I have return it and I kpet refund money and they proceed a refund there is so much delay I can't get a refund so please look on this issue.iam calling to costumer care number of indian bank bit there is no response from their

Amount is deducted from My Union Bank account ( [protected]). But not credited to Indian Bank Account no [protected] ( IFSC code IDIB000S534)

As per phone pe & Indian Bank branch Sec -49 Amount will be credited within 72 Hrs. But it had been 5 days. Amount is not reflected in my account.

Please look in to matter and do needful.

Hello, this complaint is about during the money transaction just before it came out there was a power cut for which the money got stuck there and I couldn't receive it
Later on I waited for the power to come
After that I checked the amount which had to be received by me has been deducted from my bank account and not I haven't collected it
Please see to it that the amount of Rs 2000
Reaches my account back safely

Hi, I paid my university application fee through Indian bank money debited from my account but not credited to university bank please help me with this

For digital banking I need to know my CIF no. Currently I don't have Passbook. So internet is the option for me to know CIF. When I entering my detailed in Know your CIF menu of Indian Bank website, it showing authentication server not responding everytime. Hence I can't fetch my CIF. Please rectify the problem asap....

I am Amit Verma owner of SB A/C No. [protected] requesting you to please raise a complaint about my online transection done by me As the amount is not credited to the recipient's A/C till now.

Details are as below.

I tried to transfer my kids fee Rs. 4350/- via IMPS through my SB A/C No. [protected] dated on 09/06/2021 with the transection ID IMPS[protected]MOAEOVXQZ1 BUT the amount didn't delivered to recipient's A/C.

HOWEVER, on the same date I made another transection of Rs.3450/- which is successful.

I visited to my Bank home branch, branch confirmed the transection but unable to give the clarification/Father details about transection and asked me to raise concern via email to you.

Request you to please verify the details and clear the transection amount to the recipient OR revert my money to my Account only.

On 19th March at noon time when withdrawn 10000 from digboi new market indian bank machine then I had face above work.After that I was withdrawn 5000 from same machine but this time I got money.Now my complain has I had not collect debit receipt but I request you that you will return back same money to my. We are running a petrol pump near Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. Our A/c is CAtype. Bank located in Seithunganallur, Toothukudi District. Last month onwards we opening the a/c. In our pump we are using phonepe, Googlepay. But we are not getting the messages. Every customer make some quarrel daily. Next we are appliying POS machine for card transaction. Bank also collectected payment for machine. After two weeks they said POS machine not applicable you. We are totally suffering. We are loosing every business from the bank side. Finally we asked daily statement by email. It is also working properly. Totally this bank is utter waste for us.
