        Iob rewards app is not getting registered. Also the points are not updated because of that the recharge of mobile could not be done or redeem for other merchandise.Let me know how many points added to my account accordingly i can utilize the points otherwise the points are getting lapsed as default.                 I have taken atm withdrawal rs.4500 on 31 aug 2020 when money comes suddenly atm power cut. But money has deducted. Still not returned many times customer call asking there is no responses. Currently am in chennai but my bank passbook is erode its around 380 km apart. Still i don't have received return money

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I have made a twice a time online fee payment on 26th August 20202.

                    The amount of rs.500 got debited twice from my account before the transaction got complete. I have made my complaint to customer service two times and its been more than 48 hrs that i have not yet received my money back.

                        Today morning i recieved a bank alert stating that you have been deducted an amount of rupees 132.13 from your iob account.in bracket stating dcamc charges may i know what are these charges and last month also the same happend at that time they debited rupees 21.76. I have my minimum balance account maintained. Need a refund for this

                              I have my Trust account in Radhanagar Station Road branch. I have given a requisition for the cheque book on 15th July 2020. Today I went to the branch to get the same but it has not come. I asked a staff(female) to tell me when the cheque book is expected.She told me that the courier is has not come so far. I can understand the present situation. Then I asked for a help. She said in a very rude manner, " talk to the madam behind me". This she could have told in a polite manner. The way she answered looked like a customer shouldn't ask a staff for clarification. I immediately approached the other person(female). She was so polite and told me that the cheque book is on the way and she will call me once it reaches the branch.

                              I am not complaining just because I received this kind of harsh treatment but there was one customer who was asking for a doubt regarding the entry in the pass book about his pension. She was rude to him also.

                              My anxiety was that the people who are in need of money for their children's education should not come to a stop. Every year we give part amount towards their school or college fees.

                              I hope you will definitely understand the customer's feelings. I could have talked to the branch Manager but it would look childish.

                              Kindly make sure a customer walks in and goes out of the branch with a happy note. Make sure the staff persons are polite in answering customers.

                              For your information there were hardly 2 or 3 customers and there was no que outside.

                              I would be grateful if you can really send this message to the branch Manager and make sure that a customer feels satisfied with the services.

                              If my trust account can be transferred to another branch it would solve everything.

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                I visited my bank branch for an educational loan for my further studies and the branch manager had harassed me and gave me 2 options for loan approval :-
                                1. Guarantor should be the person who is having a good bank balance in IOB.
                                2. Give an amount of 30000 as bribe.

                                I really feel upset about the Indian Banking conditions.
                                I am a Chartered Accountant and pursuing Masters in International Accounting from one of reputed university in Ireland. I also got a scholarship there but still unable to take a nominal amount of loan for my future.

                                I require help from the upper authorities of Bank. Please guide.

                                  We have account with your kalakad branch, tirunelveli dist. Tamilnadu.
                                  Account no.[protected] in the name of our school - al hudha nursery & primary school. We have received cheque book on 03.06.2020 and not entered in the bank records. Dut to this branch refused make payment today. I want to meet the manager and no manager. Next staff is busy with taking jewels more than 1 hours. No staff interested to solve the problem. Due to this we are unable to withdraw cash leads to payment problem. Service is very poor and customers are not treated properly. Cheque no.:288926 to 288950.
                                  Please look into the matter and instruct the branch to enter cheque number and payment. Urgent.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My self Pavan Suresh Chougule, owner of Pariwar Metal, Jaysingpur, Maharashtra. Iam customer of IOB, Jaysingpur Branch, Maharashtra. Sir i have applied for subsidy under TEQUP scheme and as I got to know my subsidy has been approved but my CA certificate which has been maild by IOB, Jaysingpur Branch to Teynampet Branch has not forwarded to SIDBI, Lucknow from last 9 months. Due to which my subsidy has not been released till date. As iamregularly in touch with our home branch and also IOB, Jaysingpur Branch is also contacting to Teynampet Branch but we receiveno communication till date. They do not receive my calls also i have maild them on [protected]@iob.in but they haven't replied me yet. Also they haven't replied to our branch at Jaysingpur.

                                      Sir i request you to please look into the matter and forward my CA CERTIFICATE to SIDBI ASAP. It's almost very late.
