    I am customer of Indian Overseas bank, Preet Vihar.I went there to get my number registered and for nomination changing process.One female employee there was so rude.She tore my properly filled correct form and again handed me the same form to fill.On asking why she said that she didn't check it properly and hence tore it down and told me fill it again.Not only that just because I told her to check it properly she lashed out at me telling me that she won't submit my form and make me go there repeatedly.I feel so bad and small due to such pathetic and crass behavior.Not only that they don't even have proper helpdesk for enquiries neither nametags. They don't guide you properly for anything.This time I went there for the 2nd time, still my work wasn't done and I don't know if it will be done in future.

      I hold account with IOB Miryalaguda branch. The branch issued me ATM card for which I am billed annual charges. But, the bank doesn't even have own ATM in entire Miryalaguda town. We have to use other bank ATM's for which we have charges after certain limit. Bank needs to provide us the ATM services. As a customer, we are entitled to the services and we are charged as well.

            Rs.49/- debited from a/c while recharging Airtel mobile through debit card online on 26 Oct 20. Recharge was not successful. Contacted customer care on 27 Oct 20, but was told to wait for 48 hrs for refund. Till date no refund has been received. Request look into for early settlement.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              IOB Branch code 1275 - I would like to file complaint against bank. I have never authorised any person to withdraw cash from my account. I was surprised that when I saw my account has been empty since two unauthorised transactions were made which has withdrawn cash from my account. I want to take legal action against bank and their representative. When asked they were very rude behaviour and claiming to charge me against each transaction.
              Please guide me to proper channel.

                  IOB deduction charges often. Fraud bank. Please check. Often they are deducting 177 RS, 9 RS, 17 RS. Etc...
                  I got charges 3 times in a month. I maintaining minimum balance also. And I not used card and I didn't do Transactions also. Then why they are deducting chrages.?

                      My money got debited after a failed transaction.when i was paying for university fees at first 1850/- was debited but payment status was seen failed.at an another attempt the payment was successful and money was debited.the 1850/- rs first debited has not been received.it has been 3 working days since the money got debited from my iob account.pls give an attention to this problem

                        On 16/10/2020 I transferred 5000 rupees to a person at 10 am.Money was transferred through the IOB dealer. The transaction was successful but the receiver didn't get the money.I asked the details of the transaction but the bank was not responded yet.The amount was transferred from tapeswaram branch.Pincode is 533308, East godavari, Andhrapradesh, India.so please check the fault and rectify it.I hope you will take an immediate action and refund my money as soon as possible.

                          We are satisfied customers of IOB Rayagada Branch for last 30 yeas with our SB A/C No.[protected]. As we are now shifted to Bhubaneswar, we want to transfer our Accounts to the nearest IOB Branch i:e Patrapada in Bhubaneswar. To know the status of the branch we went to the branch on12.10.20 and requested the Officer on the counter to up date our Pass Book. But as per his reply the Pass Book printing machine was out of order and he was unable to say when that was to be repaired. Being senior citizens it is not possible on our part to go to the branch repeatedly. So we request you to please keep the printing machine in order all the time. We wish the service of Patrapada branch becomes equally good as Rayagada branch.

                            Paytm informed that my request to add Rs 1200 to my paytm wallet has failed on 3rd Oct 2020. Paytm has not received any amount from Indian Overseas Bank for this transaction. And the bank has not refunded this amount till date. I ve tried contacting the customer service but they are neglecting my query by distracting me with assurance and this is not the first time that i am into this situation. 2 years back same thing happened but due to my busy schedule i ignored it.

                                Hi, i am getting someone else's credit messages from iob. Kindly check your system before sending messages as it's sending from sometime before. It's a blunder mistake that someone else's credit messages is being spread randomly. There should be a check before sending messages if this particular account belongs to whom. I am getting so much messages since 2-3 days. Kindly stop sending such messages.

                                    Today I went to the branch to give a letter to the Manager. At the time entry to all the customers are blocked and all are standing outside in long queue up to middle of the road and being sent 5 persons. Ok we welcome the move, but for the customers who came to drop the cheques and request letters are also directed to stand in the queue.
                                    As the most o[censored]s crossed 65 and above we are unable to stand in the long queue even to drop cheques. If the drop box is kept outside near the security can control the crowd. Even the security had refused to receive and put in the drop box which is kept inside. Pl. instruct suitably to treat the consumers in good manner and direct the branch to maka alternate arrangements to ease the transaction.
