Hi, sir i have my account with your bank . My account is general saving account .but my have balance 3352 available But next all balance debit and account show minus 670 Rs . Kindly help regarding this

    I want to set new Email ID for my bank account.as i dont have internet banking.I have not started internet banking beacause i dont have debit card or credit card.please help me to start with internet banking and set new Email ID for bank acoount

        Receiving amount credited for someone account

        The amount is credited in your iob account like that I am recieving very long. This number is not registered in any iob bank. But I am recieving message from IOBCHN, VM-IOBCHN
        All mesaages are recieving from 2021 to till now. Last message was recieved with huge amount. so I thought I rise this as complaint here. please check.

                      I m divya I would like to state that I got an educational loan 2016 with IOB Loan Account No. [protected], I settled the loan amount One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme on 21st January 2023 but still now my educational loan status has shown active. I contacted the branch manager but he didn't gave any proper response to me. Kindly please verify the attachment and I request you to change my loan status,

                        I visit my home branch for any major issues.
                        For any paper work they ask to come by 10 am morning.During lunch(Anytime between 12-3 pm) mostly very less people available and specific section person including the manager unavailable.Other persons out there do not provide proper response.They reply as I'm busy with work, check with other person.By 3 pm they say it is end of the day come by morning.
                        We have other works other than visiting the branch first thing in the morning.They stop any work by 3.55 pm and leave the place.

                        Please make atleast 1 to 2 staff as helpdesk person available on working hours to respond to customers queries and guide them about their concerns and assist with the process.Extending working hours can also be a solution to this kind of problems as they may find sufficient time to respond.

                            I made fund transfer of 50000 on 31.05.2023 to Indian bank satrampadu branch Eluru which was debited to my account [protected] of xaviernagar branch Eluru
                            The same was not credited to my account in the Indian bank or not reversed to my account in IOB.till date. I made a complaint to the branch via email. I received a message that the matter is pending in the central office Chennai.
                            When I contacted the customer care they replied there are no updates from the home branch
                            I therefore request you sir to please do the needful in this regard

                              I have ordered a kurta set from Amazon on 8th May, 2023. The order I'd is[protected]. Due to cloth issues I applied return and refund. The product was picked on 12th May. According to Amazon status Refund completed on 16th May. But the money was not reflected in my bank account..when I contacted Amazon they provide RRN, with that I tried to contact the bank and no reply from the same. The RRN mail is attached below. Thank you.

                                    IOB - UPI transactions are blocked

                                    My UPI transactions are blocked and can't even payment of RS 1. My all UPI apps Gpay, phonepe and paytm are not making UPI payments. While contacting my home branch multiple times they stated that everything is clear from my bank side and told me to contact those third party apps customer service. I also contacted the customer service and they stated everything is ok from the app and there must be an issue with the bank account. I can't find...
