I am Ritesh Kumar and I am writing in reference to a complaint related to my debit card transaction which happened on 6th December 2021 at 6:43 AM. I had swiped my Indian Bank Debit card to withdraw Rs. 10000 (Rupees Ten thousand only). The message on ATM displayed unable to dispense cash. However, my account was debited with Rs. 10000.
Usually, such transactions get reversals within a few minutes/seconds. But this time it didn't happen till this moment when I am writing this mail.
Request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
