Sir, i am working ghs school, r. Vellodu dindigul district, school account maintain iob palayam branch dindigul district.
Before 1 week i went palayam branch for cheque collection... Bank employee told me cheque date overwriting so go and get sign near date column from head master. But date not overwriting please check attachment file.
Note:- every month i claim salary from palayam branch.

Very very worst experience i really felt iob is not a user friendly bank.
Some one has wrongly transferred money to me. That guy was got my mobile number from my home branch and informed this issue. That guy was contact to me and i was refund his amount via my another bank account.
So he was satisfied due to he got an amount and i am also happy because unknown amount was refunded to corresponding person.

I have an sb ac in iob at kelambakkam branch. When i transfer amount to other bank by using net banking otp was get late. After submitting otp i got a message your session was timed out. Pl contact your branch. Amount was debuted from my ac but not credited in beneficiary ac. I made a complaint in my branch on 10th may. But still amount was not refund. I request you pl take the nessary action.

It is quite disturbing to note that we are not able to access our account through net for the past 4 days since IOB's server has gone down.

I spoke to one of their staff over phone who said due to year-end work pile up the server is slow.

It is the same for all banks, then why IOB net work alone goes down?

It shows their lack of technology to cope with the need and they need to address it immediately...

I have tried to withdraw rs.2000/- cash from my iob debit card at andhra bank atm at simhachalam location on[protected] at 17:59:48. Without providing any money, the amount was deducted from my bank account [ref. No. W0508002-n provided in the sms]. When i raised this concern with the nearby andhra bank branch, they suggested to raise a complaint with iob bank and through iob we should report it to andhra bank.

I'm using atm card in bharath petrol bunk yesterday (Rs.300). First petrol bunk employee swipe the card and machine says transaction declined. So he try a another swipe that time only the sales receipt generated. But the amount is debited twice. I make a query regarding this issue but he said that amount is auto credit to your account or else contact your bank. I'm try to reach iob customer care but i can't reach, so that i'll raise a complaint...

SIR, I HAVE LOCKER AT IOB AND I PAY RS.1550 AS ANNUAL RENT WHICH IS A HUGE AMOUNT FOR MIDDLE INCOME GROUP AND WE BEAR IT FOR SAFETY REASON. NOW IT WAS INFORMED THAT ONLY 12 OPERATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR A YEAR ADDITIONAL OPERATION WILL BE CHARGED RS.50.
