Account number- [protected] loan accnt- 1298 Branch- IOBA0000228.
Last friday 27/10/2022, around 148000rs debited from the account for loan repay. Which was not intimated before and when i went before 10days to settle and renew, Due to Agri officer was not available. Suddenly the money was detected. When we enquired branch after detected they said manager only can credit but he is on long leave so we have to wait for 5 days. I complaint the same to regional officer. He have commited the excess amount will be credited back at 28/10/2022. But its not yet received(30/10/2022). I tried to complain in IOB portal. But that was not user friendly. The portal was not allowing to submit the complaint as special character not allowed. I tried to even remove the dot in sentence, Then also it was not allowing. Never experience such bad service.

    I am a customer of IOB, lake Market, Kolkata Since 2008. I am using internet banking facility since 2019.
    Recently four fraudulent Transaction is done from my account [protected]. On 25.08.2022 two IMPS transaction
    is done from my aforesaid account of Rs 10000 + Rs 9995 = Rs19995 without my consent and knowledge I immediately report the matter to bank cyber cell and IMPS department. Again on 26.08.2022 two NEFT fraudulent transaction is done from my account with my knowledge and consent. Rs 10000 + Rs 29940=Rs39940 have lost from my account to unknown account.
    I immediately report it on same day to cyber cell of Bank as well as NEFT Dept.
    Bank has already report this four fraudulent transaction to HDFC and FEDERAL BANK, but till now the money is not recovered .

        I have performed a Bill payment (TNEB) on 06/10/2022 at 23:50:32 PM via UPI.
        UPI transaction ID UPI/227986 Amount Rs, 2384. I checked in Google pay they transaction performed clearly. Kindly request for refund.

              From 31.8.22 I tried to transfer money through NEFT, by getting OTP from your end. Till now, I don't get it. 0n 1.9.22, The Bank Officer (Ullagaram, Chennai. 91) made a complaint, no.[protected], and again on 5.9.22, no.[protected], but no response. Again on 8.9.22, I sent a mail to The Manager, Internet Banking, still no response. On 14th I sent a complaint to RBI Grievance Cell, they messaged it is directed to IOB for reddressal. I am a Senior Citizen, I do all transactions through Net Banking. For the last 18 days I'm unable to access. Atleast now, I kindly 🙏, look into my matter and solve the problem without anymore delay.                 I paid Rs819 on Phonepe to Amazon on 18.08.2022.But the amazon customer care told that, they didn`t receive the amount. Also they told me to contact the bank for refund.
                I wrote a refund requisition letter to the bank on 29.8.2022, the bank staff told me to wait for 15 days. Today i went to the bank regards my payment not yet refund, but the bank manager told me they dont know anything.
                Please look into the issue and do the needful as earliest to get my amount.

                    Dear Concern,
                    i am Anandhi, a Account holder more than 8 Years. i am owning a Restaurant and having a healthy transactions with the bank.
                    while i am in a need of expanding my business, i was approached the Branch to get the clarification on PMEGP Scheme by the Central Government.

                    While entering the Bank, i observed that the Branch manager not given any respect to the other customers or the account holders as they are from Rural.

                    then i started approaching him and expressed about the query which i had. without checking my records, directly told me that, i wont approve any loan. further i insist him and told about my relationship with the Bank, transactions etc, whereas he said ''Close the Bank Account and get lost"
                    is this the way the branch manager speaks to the customers??
                    the way the manager spoke is the habit that everyday he follows as the branch is located in a rural and its customers are Purely from the rural area.

                    later, i approached the Customer care whereas, they don't have any idea to escalate further.

                    I got a Regional Manager number, whereas no one is responding.

                    being in the service, one should not use their tone in this was that too the branch manager.

                    Need a Proper response that why he used that tone to me.. and why he has refused my loan ASAP

                      I don't have any account in Indian Overseas Bank. Still I am getting messages (account created, amount credited etc) which are supposed to be send to the number of person who actually is the owner of the account.

                        There seems some kind of incapable and or lazy staff(s) simply NOT doing the job here at the Singapore IOB branch.

                        My name is Deen from Singapore.

                        Here is a summary of my issues.

                        I have approached the IOB branch in Singapore last year in Aug 2022 for the closure of my NRE account which was dormant for a long time.

                        I have decided to close it since no use to me.

                        As such I have surrendered m IOB passbook, old checkbook and paid for the service to complete the task.

                        All the documents were accepted by bank staff.

                        All the black and white document are with me.

                        However, till now nothing is done, and that NRE account has NOT closed yet.

                        Fed up, Last month for the first time I called the local IOB Cecil street Singapore branch and spoke to the person (lady) in charge by the name o[censored]MA or UNA @[protected].

                        I have our recorded tele-conversation too.

                        She is too protective and evasive.

                        Bottom line is, that the IOB Indian branch claim that it neither receives any document from Singapore nor any instruction pertaining to the matter.

                        Is this how IOB bank operates?

                        Your employees (such staff) who seem just warming the chairs?

                        I have decided to put it on social media if it drags on.

                        Time to ACT now.

                          Today I proceeded recharge to a DTH account for the first time through ezrecharge.in. I made the payment using google pay. In google pay it shows the payment has been transacted successfully but the DTH account has not been funded.
                          Money has been deducted from my account but not to the DTH account.

                            I called on helpline no. Of indian overseas helpline no. But executive name rehman misbehaved with me and he do not have manners, how to talk with customer, and then I request to transfer call to supervisor but he denied and said to give reason for transfering the call then I request to be online he said after 30 second call will be dis connect if you do not response on call then I said ok i will response within 30 sec but please be online but they dis the call without permission, I am taking time to check some details of my account and i only ask to know the options to generate green pin of my debit card

                              Hello,

                              This is myself Abarna. On August 5 i made a upi payment to amazon for a online purchase of rs. 6190 . Due to some reasons i had to return the item. Amazon initiated a refund and as per thier data amount was credited on August 17 . Its been almost a month now that the money is not reflecting in my account.
