Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I, Sohel Rahaman, residing at Malda, I have paid the electricity bill of July 2018 of Rs. 6494.12 only through "http://www.wbsedcl.in" by using PayTM payment gateway, and the Transaction Id is S30407711/1 on 06.07.2018 at about 12.15 pm, and the money was debited from my account but still the payment remains in pending or in failure state, hence the bill is showing in the above-mentioned site as unpaid till date and it is not showing the payment receipt of the bill for the month of July 2018 of Rs. 6494.12 only.
Please assist me in this regard. I contacted with wbsedcl and paytm but both companies are not responding to my requests. And in wbsedcl's website, it shows that bank can only assist in this regard hence you are requested to revert the transaction and return the debited money into my account again as soon as possible.
