    I am Nithya from kattupakkam.On 4th july 2018 have ordered the philips hair straightener kit in Amazon by using my mother's debit card( A/c no.[protected]).The amount of Rs.1148 have debited from the account.Within 10mins I have cancelled the order.i got an email from Amazon that your order have cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 4-5 business days.i have waited for more than one week.till now I didn't get my money back..so please kindly help me to get back the refund amount of Rs.1148.The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 062496.

      deduction of amount from my account

      Yesterday i recharged my mobile through my Airtel app but it has not recharged but i got the message of deduction of amount from my account. I used my debit card for this. And even i called airtel customer care they told there was not any transaction happened through my app. The transaction was not done and the amount has been deducted. And even it has been not recharged to any other number.Need a quick resolve for this....

      Sir, I have book train ticket in Paytm.
      Booking hasn't done but booking amount has taken.Paytm has refunded the money but the refundable money hasn't come to my account .I have already reported the complaint about refundable money in iob bank before 2 months itself still they didn't transfer the refundable money to my account already 2 months passed sir.So I kindly request you to look at to this matter seriously and make the need as soon as possible sir.

        Recently i changed my mobile number to the new one, which is registered with bank account. I can able to get credited amount message but unable to get withdraw amount message detalis. Moreover, i dont get OTP's for online payments ( for train tickets). Recently I installed tez app and I tried to link my bank account.. it shows u r bank unable to recognize your number of the Respective account..

          Dear Sir,
          This is to inform you that I, Sohel Rahaman, residing at Malda, I have paid the electricity bill of July 2018 of Rs. 6494.12 only through "http://www.wbsedcl.in" by using PayTM payment gateway, and the Transaction Id is S30407711/1 on 06.07.2018 at about 12.15 pm, and the money was debited from my account but still the payment remains in pending or in failure state, hence the bill is showing in the above-mentioned site as unpaid till date and it is not showing the payment receipt of the bill for the month of July 2018 of Rs. 6494.12 only.
          Please assist me in this regard. I contacted with wbsedcl and paytm but both companies are not responding to my requests. And in wbsedcl's website, it shows that bank can only assist in this regard hence you are requested to revert the transaction and return the debited money into my account again as soon as possible.

            I am a pensioner of Central Govt drawing my pension thru IOB Lok kala manch branch, new delhi ( branch code 1498 ) .
            For the financial year 2017-18, I have not yet received my Form 16 from the bank and as a result, I am not able to file my Income Tax Return for the FY 2017-18 for which the last date is 31st July 2018.
            If the return is not filed by 31st July 2018, I will have to pay a penalty of Rs 5000/- on account of the delay / non issuance of form 16 by IOB.

            Please get my form 16 issued asap otherwise the penalty will be claimed from IOB .

              Sir... As my mobile number has been changed I have asked the official to change it and then my number was updated... But when I logged in to internet banking I am receiving the message to my old number... When asked to just give them the information, they asked me to give log in details. I was not willing to give the details and told them to I called them to just tell them to tell the issue... But he was very rude and he cut the cal as he was angry as I was not sharing the details with him. And he was not ready to listen to what I was telling.

              Banking officials are very rude and not willing to answer us... Pls take action against them.

                The manager at Mc Donalds assured that the amount will be refunded within 7 working days but I the amount has not been credited to my account yet.

                  I am a pretty old customer of IOB bearing customer id 10955012 in Barabati stadium branch, cuttack, Odisha. There are few fixed deposits in this branch by my family members apart from sb a/c. Today (09/07/2018) I visited the branch for updating of my SB A/C no.1595 and requested the employee named Sudhanshu Das to update it and handed over the photographs to be the part of pass book as per the Bank's rule. The subject employee immediately bounced back on me in a rude and crude manner asking me that " He is not sitting there to paste the photographs in the pass book". The tone and tenor of the employee was extremely bad and unbearable. As a matter of fact I didn't ask him to paste the photographs but to authenticate the pass book with photographs duly stamped over it. Such behavior of your employee makes me to think twice to continue my family accounts in IOB further.
                  It is needless to say that loosing customers shall not only affect the business of public sector banks which are already in bad shape and Govt. is seriously thinking of winding up few public sector banks but also the private banking sectors which have been providing the best of services will take the advantage. As a senior citizen of the country may I request the Team IOB to teach their employees to save the fate of nationalized Banks.

                      03.07.2018(7.00pm) in this day i was gone to withdraw the amount in axis bank ATM at nanjai uthukuli, erode(dt). after all processings completed, when the amount come out at the time suddenly powercut. So i didn't get the money..only received 4000 debited message. still (06.07.2018) now the amount not refund in my saving account.i'm in lot of struggling.. so please kindly check it and do repayment as soon as possible. thank you..

Bank name is indian overseas bank my account number is [protected] and my ifsc:ioba0002062 and branch name c. G. Road is location ahmedabad. I contact call through branch manager. The account of indian overseas bank have been closed without parmition. I talked to my account without parmit closed. I have requested branch offices please re-activation my account but branch office does not re-activation your account. That means your account will not be re-activation.                               On 25.6.2018 at 13.13hrs, i recharged my mobile for rs.399 via iob debit card. My account no. Is [protected]. Order id fcvw[protected]. The transaction got declined. The amount got debited in my accout. Till date i have not received neither the confirmation message nor recredit in my account. Whenwill theamount be reflected in my account. Do the needful and help me get recredit at the earliest.

                                    We obtained Education loan from IOB during the year 2010 for 7.5 Lakhs for MBBS course. The course duration is 51/2 years and 1 year holiday period. But the banki official started EMI by taking 4 years is course period and 1 year holiday period started asking EMI after 5 years like BE course. Then we demanded and obtained and they some how returned extra charge and started EMI from May2018. That is in mobile EMI demands 22340/-.As per their reply as 10.6% ROI and Tenure 9 Years 3 months EMI for the approx outstanding amount works out only EMI of 17000.

                                    we mailed so many times asking explanation for EMI schedule and rate of interest and they are escaping and they are not knowing. Please help us by giving all details and convince us that you are operating genuine and justice.
