Made two transactions at Mc Donalds Bangalore(Ashwini complex, Indiranagar) worth Rs 312(twice) both transactions were declined at the outlet but the amount was debited from the account.
The manager at Mc Donalds assured that the amount will be refunded within 7 working days but I the amount has not been credited to my account yet.

But the banki official started EMI by taking 4 years is course period and 1 year holiday period started asking EMI after 5 years like BE course. I went to bank for to close my iob savings bank account with the request letter, but not getting a proper response. They not even ready to see my letter and simply said come by monday or tuesday, so i need to apply vacation for job,
(Red fields branch, ramanathapuram, coimbatore), even bank people may busy but the same time customer is also important,...

I have to be charged On 18/6/2018 around 690 rupees for minimum balance reduction for 2016 &2017 Without any announcement
But i have the balance on 8/8/17
Then why you not pick the balance on that date?
I am nit receive the minimum balance sms
