Sir,

We obtained Education loan from IOB during the year 2010 for 7.5 Lakhs for MBBS course. The course duration is 51/2 years and 1 year holiday period. But the banki official started EMI by taking 4 years is course period and 1 year holiday period started asking EMI after 5 years like BE course. Then we demanded and obtained and they some how returned extra charge and started EMI from May2018. That is in mobile EMI demands 22340/-.As per their reply as 10.6% ROI and Tenure 9 Years 3 months EMI for the approx outstanding amount works out only EMI of 17000.

we mailed so many times asking explanation for EMI schedule and rate of interest and they are escaping and they are not knowing. Please help us by giving all details and convince us that you are operating genuine and justice.

Outstanding loan being indicated as 12, 59, 000/- for this EMI comes out only 17844 for 10.6% ROI and 111 onths tenure. please reply with corrected EMI.

Occassionaly I was being asked to change Password. Many times successfully changed my password. But this time when I was asked to change the password OTP is not coming in my above registered phone.         I went to bank for to close my iob savings bank account with the request letter, but not getting a proper response. They not even ready to see my letter and simply said come by monday or tuesday, so i need to apply vacation for job,
        (Red fields branch, ramanathapuram, coimbatore), even bank people may busy but the same time customer is also important,

          I have to be charged On 18/6/2018 around 690 rupees for minimum balance reduction for 2016 &2017 Without any announcement
          But i have the balance on 8/8/17
          Then why you not pick the balance on that date?
          I am nit receive the minimum balance sms
          ..

          And reduction made be proper time in future

            It has been more than 4 months since i have registered request for mobile number update for netbanking to the branch manager of iob bank kalbadevi branch. Also i have registered formal complaint regarding issue with my debit card not working in atms.
            No action has been taking or even a confirmation given by the bank even after repeated inquiry and mail request.
            The branch manager is incapable of performing basic duties and i wish to register legal case against him for denial of responsibility and customer harassment.

            I Want to unblock my debit card which was previously lost but now i have found my debit card please tell me the procedure to unblock that same card which was blocked with my instructions.please respond as soon as possible at my registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com
            I have a refund from Zomato but it is not credited to my account. Refund reference number 20180619111212802422324093232611328. Zomato has initiated the refund as per their email/sms but the money haven't credited in my account. Please refund the money asap. This is not consumer friendly action. Please act asap.

                Today i have visited 8th times to update my ppf passbook for single entry, they taken more than one month, when enquiry regarding this matter o[censored]pdate passbook instead of solutions she was blaming of misbehaving, i were very disappointed, so asked complain book, she said go and drop in that box, i asked where is proper book to lodge complain with receiving counter page no answer.

                I paid by eb bill of amount 3430.The amount has been debicted from my bank account but the payment has not done. It showed transaction failed. please do the needful.
                I paid my electricity bill amount 2252 on 16/06/18 the bill amount debited from my account but payment not done .plz provide my refund

                    This is to inform you that one of your branch in ludhiana punjab located at pakhowal road are not paying attention to their customers. Its not a regular complaint please take some action at these kind of bank managers. After paying 3000 for valuation for a normal loan now they are making excuses that manager is on leave till 1st july. From 15 days i provide each and everything to them even i ride them to our store and home. We talked nicely but these people are looking for something which i am unable to find out. If you can find that for me that will be highly appreciated or provide me contact number of right authority to whom i can speak.

                      I transferred amount of rs. 2700 to my friend through phone pe app on 17/05/2018 but transaction was declined on that day. But the amount of rs.2700
                      With the same utr no. Was deducted from my account on 24/05/2018 but not transferred to my friend or not even refunded to me. It has been more than a month. I also given a written complaint in the bank branch also but there is no use of that. Transaction id is p1805171545227674311074 and the

                        I am using visa signature debit card bearing [protected] valid from 06/14 to 05/24.in the middle of 2017 without my request i have received a new debit card
                        Bearing [protected] valid from 11/16 to 05/23. The new card is issued by iob
                        Without prior information to me. Also i would like to inform you that annual maintenance charge for the card ending 8330 for the year 2017 is recovered @ of rs 230/- on[protected]. On[protected] amc 2017 is also recovered @ rs.885/-. This amount of rs.885/- seems to be high. Two times recovery of amc for the same year 2017.
                        This information is brought to the knowledge of the branch manager, iob, fairlands branch, salem.
                        But till date[protected] there is no reply from the branch manager of iob fairlands branch.
                        Hence i request you to take necessary action to my complaint given at the iob, fairlands branch. Also i request you to refund the second time recovery of rs.885/ towards amc2017.

                          I have purchased some groceries in a super market at palayamkottai tirunelveli 627002 for rs 1155 on 4.6.2018 by swiping my dedit card in the pos machine on the day my sb account has debited for rs 1155 but my surprise the shop account has not been credited sothat i could not purchase my groceries. The amount didnt dispense from the machine but the same amount got dedited from the account.                                   I have completed my 12th grade and have joined a college and for that i want to apply for education loan and on gathering information we came to know that we must get that loan bank near by us. So for that we asked the process and started it by a week ago by writing and giving for a new account and today i went to bank and asked for status and he think that i begging to him and treating me as a fool.
                                  Shouting on me and saying that my application is not yet seen by them. He is saying that he has lot of work once he completes it he will.
                                  I asked when he say 10days. My college starts in 10days.
                                  That too it's out of station i can't come i requested he is just shouting for it.
                                  In order to keep my self respect i came out.

                                        Today morning i got 4 bank debit messages to my account ([protected]) saying minimum balance charges for 1.4.2016, 1.7.2016, 1.8.2016 & 1.9.2016.

                                        How can you charge me minimum balance chages for a period which belong to 2 years back. This is day thieving by bank.

                                        If this reverse not credited with in 1 or 2 days i will take this issue in public forum and rbi. Thinking of closing iob account now your service is worst.
