From my account but the recipient account was not credited.

Therefore i request you to kindly look over the matter and do the needful

On[protected], i tried to withdraw money first from atm attached to madambakkam branch and it was not working. Then, on my way back to moulivakkam, i tried at gerukambakkam branch atm. It was also not working. Hence, i tried again at porur branch atm. To my surprise, it was also not working. Thus, i was forced to withdraw from axis bank atm. This is not the first occasion i have experienced this problem. On many days atms are not working....

During this month of may, i placed an order for 3 products with an e-commerce website, but after that, i returned the same products and they refunded me the amount in three transactions. But in my passbook, only one refunded transaction is showing and not the other two debited amounts. They have provided me with the arn number of all the three transactions. How to proceed further, because no one picks up the call and also am in a different...

On 21may 2018 iob deducted nearly more than rs.800 from my account in the name of charges on low balance maintenance from 2016 to 2018... My question is why they deduct 2016 and 2017 charges in 2018 on a single day and charges are different in different month between 52 to 100 rupees per month what is the logic??
This is one of the worst bank in mahabub nager only one atm is there and always dry this type of facility they are providing.....

Without any prior intimation or notification, inr 11, 667 has been deducted from the account. When inquired, we have been told that, it is non-submission of stock statement for the month of apr-18.

On date 27/04/2018 i have transferred rs 4000 to my paytm wallet using iob debit card after few minutes i returned the money to my bank account amont has deducted from paytm wallet but not refleting in iob accont. I have made a complaint in paytm they said they have already tranferd it to account and gave a refrence no (74766518117816821511812). Please look into this matter and please refund my money as soon as possible...

On 6/5/2018 I had transferd amount of Rs 1500 through the iob debit card to paytm. In a short time i have returned money from paytm to iob bank. The amount is debitd from paytm wallet. Till now I didn't get the refunded amount in my bank account. I Made a complain to paytm and they told me they refunded it successfully to my bank. They gave a f Ref No: ( 74766518126817271296481 ) as a proof.
Please refund the amount as soon as possible...

Rs. 15, 157/- (Fifteen thousand one hundred fifty seven) towards the premium of tata aia life insurance was debited through my bank (Indian over seas bank) a/c on[protected] at 17:51:13.

I am already registered mobile banking in bank by giving a leter. 48hours to go sent mpin in our mail or phone.. But 2 days are going.. Didn't was receive any pin... Even i got clicked the forget mpin to get mpin. But it displays you are not a registered customer. So pls sent mpin in mail or mobile

Iob saidapet branch is the worst bank branch i have ever seen. The faculty working in the cash deposit counter, is not at all responding well and they are working dead slow, speaking and wasting our time. All the customers get irritated by their slow work. They did not even try to do this jobs fastly. Kindly make all the measures to make the customers feel more convenient....
