Indian Railway — Booking failed but money was deducted from my bank account | |||||
Respected Sir, I was booking railway tickets from Mysore to Kanhangad online on irctc website due to some technical problem booking failed but money was deducted from my bank account .RS 542 deducted from my SBM bank account. Please help me to refund back my unsuccessful transaction. Ticket does not generate for Reference no [protected]. Train no 16517, KANNUR Express. Date of booking 22 oct 2015 Travel Date 22 dec 2015 Copy of Booked ticket history and Bank statement is attached I had tried again and i was successful to book the ticket . But money was deducted twice (RS 542.80+542.80).Ticket was booked once. Extra Rs 542.80 was detected from my bank account.Please refund the money OR generate the Ticket so that I can cancel the Ticket. My no is [protected] & email I'd is [protected]@rediffmail.com..
