Sir, i have booked my two wheeler active regn. No uk07bz2644 on 09/09/2018 from dehradun to pune via nzm. On contacting pune rly station after 5-6 days it is found that the above vehicle has not reached there. On checking on tracking system, it is found that it is showing that vehicle has been reached at bandra terminus. I asked the person at dehradun rly stn. Parcel who showed that article was loaded in dehradun - bandra train with with instruction to unload the same at nzm rly. Stn but same was not unloaded there. Now i am unable to locate the same and my daughter is facing problem at pune to receive the vehicle. In view of above, it is requested to please look into this matter and help me to trace and get my two wheeler. 11 days has already been passed. Thanks n regards Raj kumar rajoriya ([protected]) Min.
