Sir I have booked my Honda activa and steel box from shahajanpur spn to amhednagar ang 5th July 2018 yet I have not received in my destinations station. daily I enquiry my parcel yet they told only coming soon no further action about my parcel. It's one of the repetitive issue which is happening during online booking the tickets.
The passenger account will be debited without processing of confirmation of ticket and further need to followup with the care IRCTC.
To get the refund many followup to be done from the passenger without having any responsibility.
