Indian Railways — issue in uts's season ticket generation.

I renewed my season ticket through uts app on 12th oct 2018, and rs 129.35 has been deducted from my account (Ref. Number.[protected], but renewed season ticket was not generated. Kindly generate the ticket or refund amount at the earliest.
