Indian Railways — luggage lost / not able to track

I have carried luggage with me from pune to gulbarga with a luggage ticket. But when I reached gulbarga the compartments were locked and train left the station. There was no one at the station whom I can tell to open the compartment. Now when I am complaining to gulbarga station they are not taking any complaint nor they are giving any contact details. How will I track the parcel. Now I have to leave gulbarga as this is not my native place but still I am not able to get my luggage. I had sent 2 printers weighing 11 kg worth rs 28000. I just want to track my parcel so that it reaches to me safely. The train in which I travelled was Pune to Gulbarga CSMT Chennai Express 11041.

I was booking ticket from irctc on order id[protected] on 08/072019 at 6:53 pm.
415 rs deducted from my mobikwik wallet, due to forget password ticket not processed. But amount was already deducted

Still no amount refunded by irctc
