Indian Railways — money deducted from sbi account without ticket confirmation | |||||
On yesterday 01.07.2018 I, Amar Purankar did the online ticket of Konark Express (07.05 pm) two times because of non receiving of ticket confirmation from IRCTC after payment or deduction of money from my SBI account both the times. Failed Transaction ID's for 1st booking is IRCTC txn#[protected] and second booking reference no. IGADWGZIP9. I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.
