[Resolved] Indian Railways — non-refund of cancelled ticket

1. Kindly refer complaint ticket id 2270736.
2. My wife ms. Mini s booked one e-ticket (Particulars as given below) while she was at delhi from her user id - minihoi. She used debit card of bank of india, motibaug, delhi belongs to her son mr. Atul raj. The ticket was subsequently cancelled on 05/11/2018 and she come back to pune. Message received as the amount is refunded; details are :-

3. The above amount has not been credited in the bank account till date. You are requested to look into the matter and credit the amount.

Indian railways has settled the grievance on the very date of complaint i.e.03/12/2018 17:28 Hrs by refunding the amount in the affected bank account.
