Indian Railways — non refund post tdr | |||
Sir/madam I had booked ticket dated 27.12.2014. Due to some personal reasons passenger couldn't travel. Train departure time was 1605hr. I filed tdr at 1711 hr on the same day through online as ticket booked was e ticket. Pnr no. [protected]. Now irctc portal says my tdr claim has been repudiated because EDR was not fed wrt Pnr on account of late filing of tdr. Now my queries is that when tdr was filed within 2 hr of train starting time then why EDR was not fed? Whose responsibility is to feed EDR? What action railway is going to take with errant officials? What is the other option available with me to get back my refund. You are requested to look into matter and redress my grievance else be ready for face off in court. Pnr no.
