Indian Railways — Not received the Pension from last 2 months

I am Prakash Deolalkar, senior citizen and retired railway servant. I used to get pension from Dena bank before and after it got merged into Bank of Baroda, I have not received my pension from past 3 months. Last pension I got is on 28 Feb 2021 in my bank of Baroda account which is mentioned below. (Account no- [protected])

Just for record, All my life certificate etc. I have duly submitted in Nov 2020.

I had connected with both Dena and bank of Baroda many times and have not received any answer for it from bank officials.

With current pandemic and bad situation, it’s difficult specially for senior citizen like me to follow up with bank and our life is going through bad period. We have medical needs and monthly family expenses which we make from pension that we receive. I urge you to please help me on this matter.
