Indian Railways — Refund not processed for failed Ticket | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Shyam Barnwal, I have booked a train ticket from Pune to Durg dated, 23/06/2016 with Transaction ID is: [protected] and have been charged Rs.569.50 successfully from my Icici Bank account, although ticket has been failed to book online. I have attached the screen shots for the same. I have mailed to IRCTC care regarding this but there is no response from them yet as when I will get the revert of Charged amount of Rs.569.50 for failed ticket.
