Indian Railways — tatkal train reservation

Kindly note that i am trying since past many yeasrs for tatkal reservation on irctc web site but till date i could not able to take reservation due to so many information asked during the reservation like put mail id put mobile number, searching time high, put capcha etc, and finally when reservation process done we receive message like your payment is pending even i have put all information correctly. I suppose that it is not for common public only authorized agent can do it. Our indian government do not work on fact only doing formalities. You are requested to improve and work in favor for general public.

My UTS account was recharged with amount of 200 and another 100 the amount was debited from my paytm wallet but it did not got through to the Rwallet
