I had cancelled my howrah to balharshah tkt on 25 march at howrah counter but till date i have not get my cancellation amount 1615 rs on my credit card and if i asked raiway counter they are saying we can not do any thing it may take long time or you also possibilities that money not get. My wife's purse has been stolen In 12629 Shampark Karanti Express After Miraj, she was having in her purse two OPPO mobile phone more 2 thousand rupees and other stuffs.
For FIR no body is available.
