I have not received my refund even though I have got a e-mail of refunding my funds...

I took admission in January 2022 session but due to some changes I can not further continue so i mailed my rc to cancel my admission and refund my fees but i haven't got any reply from them.

I applied for online admission for July 2021 session. I did the payment on 7 december, 2021, under Master of Sociology (MSO). The payment was done and transaction was completed. But till today my admission was not completed and still pending. So I kindly request you to REFUND my admission fee, Rs. 6800/-...

I have done the re registration for Jan 2022 on 30th Nov but after making payment the transaction showed unsuccessful on ignou site though amount has already been deducted from my account and also i got the razorpay payment confirmation to ignou mail. Still in my ignou account it is showing...

I have submitted all assignments ( total 5 subject, mcsl25, mcs 21, 22, 23, 24 )before due date for 2nd semeter PGDCA course in May 2021 and passed in term-2 exam successfully.

Till date, assignement marks not updated. niether Ignou Delhi-3 is helping me nor study center.

I am emailing many times continuoulsy from last 2 months but no one...

This is to inform you that the IGNOU University is not taking students grievance seriously. I had submitted my assignment in May 2021 through the Google form at IGNOU Web portal. Only 1 out of 4 assignment mark updated to Grade card in September 2021 and remaining 3 were not updated as received so I did follow up with RC and then moved to Study center then again moved to RC due to no response from SC...
