My application for the MCA programme was cancelled by IGNOU on 04 April 2022 on the grounds of ineligibility. According to the rules of IGNOU I am eligible for refund and they have not refunded my course fee. I had already sent several mails regarding this issue, but with no response from their side. I have submitted my first year assignment in 18/10/2019 I gave that directly to study centre and Second year assignments (all subjects)for Dec 2021 TEE in between time 19/11/2021 to 15/01/2022 through Google Form.But they are not updated in ignou website.I have complained many times for it.But there is no response and ignou not taking suitable response for my issue yet. On my request my admission has been cancelled on 18 feb 2022 but my fees is not refunded yet. as per the rules my fees should be refunded within 15-20 days. Even I sent 7-8 email everday but they are not replying....

Student not getting clarity regarding course and Assignments. The study centers were not picking up calls and students are forced to come for everything. This itself violates the concept of distance education. Had a very bad experience with Regional Center Cochin, They are not picking calls at least to know whether they are functioning that day....
