My first year marks are not updated. there is clearly notification of June 20 exams was not conducted because of corona and the marks will be promoted on the basis of second year exam marks so why marks are not updated.my further studies are affected so please help and resolve my problem....

This is to inform you that i am student of M.com from IGNOU. I paid my exam fees thrice on 2nd October 2019. Because first two attempts was unsuccessful. I had applied for Admission for Distance M.COM in IGNOU through their website.
My admission was cancelled on 15th January 2022 from university side stating that University changed the syllabus.
