In January 2022 I applied for fresh admission in ignou for B.A. program subject but they cancelled my application for some documentation issues.so many times i mail them on there official ID and requested to give my refund but till now they had not give my refund and not reply at my single mail....

My Enrollment No[protected], Programme BA, Regional center - Guwahati, I have given Final year TEE dec/2021 and AHE01 ( Human Environment) not uploaded till now as I have filled state govt. services application form it is very important for me to receive my degree marksheet as soon as possible, Kindly please solve my matter it is humble request before you....

I fill my exam on 26 June balance is deducted frm phone pe bt exam form is not fill nd on 27 i received a msg frm Ignou that ur deducted amount is refunded bt till now no payment is given by them...

Fee is deducted from my account but status is showing fee pending i m not able to pay again nd again so i requested Ignou team to adjust deducted fee or refund it as soon as possible...

I completed my graduation degree BAAVFX from IGNOU in the year Dec-2012 . My ignou grade card for term end exam 2021 December is not showing my enrollment no is [protected]. I gave all my exam and cleared them all also i submitted all my assignment but my assignment marks are not showing.also my bevae 181 assignment marks are not there and other marks are not showing.

We have been trying to get the original degree certificate of BCOM for a year. Though after sending all the assignments and sending thousands of emails and visiting the regional centre uncountable times, we have not received the certificates yet, due to which the MCOM admission is pending and a year is wasted.

I request the regional centre people to be polite as well and perform there their duties with honesty.

On 7.06.22 I get the message of refund successful but today is 9.06.22 till not I have not received the amount of refund
Within a mins or 2 days I should get the amount credited in account but it has not happened

I request you to kindly take action on it
As I required those amount for further use

IGNOU has refunded me on 7.06.22 and today is 9.06.22 they are showing me successful payment done by their side and why it has been not received in my account
