I have completed my ba from ignou, last exam was in dec 17. I even applied for 32 convocation ceremony and paid the required fee but i received only the provisional certificate. I haven't yet received the marksheets. It's been a long time now. I require those marksheets urgently for admission to further courses as well as for applying for jobs. Therefore i request that these certificates may be despatched as soon as possible to the address...

I have paid my exam fee rs.750/- on april 2 2019 by online mode but due to transaction error from either side bank, my money was deducted but i was not provided control number and i submitted money again on april 14 and now after release of admit card i got two control number however earlier deducted money did't got refunded even after 72 hours.

I am a student of bcom af with ignou. My enrollment no is[protected]. I had cleared my exams in december 31, 2018 slot. I had submited all required documents on email (As required in procedure) on 4/4/2019. I didn't receive any response since then. I called regional centre and delhi office and was informed that they have been dispatched on 8/4/2019, my certificate dispatch no as per them is 10712. I'm brahmaiah thokala registered for bcomaf with enrollment number[protected]. I cleared all of my subjects in december 2018 term end and applied for issue of provisional certificate. On telegraphic conversations with ignou officials they are saying that they delivered my provisional certificate on 05-04-19. But i didn't received the same. I don't know the next process and officials are not responding properly for providing me...

I am student of hotel management batch[protected] affiliated to nchm and ignou program course-bhm. I haven’t received my original transcript and degree yet. I mailed to various ignou officials but there is no response. Also, if i want my official transcript i have to submit marksheets and degree copies. And then i submitted a dd to apply for duplicate transcript but still there is no response....
