      My fastag recharge got failed and money got debitted from account. Need my money credited back to bank account. It is stated that money has been refunded to indiatab account whereas I don't have account in indiatab. Please do the needful.

                      I am due a refund of Rs.555/- which I paid thru them for recharging my Jio dongle on 13.9.21. Money was deducted fm my a/c, but the on-line recharge never took place. I eventually recharged my Jio dongle by paying cash at their store. Managed to get Indiatab after much trying on the phone abt 10 days ago n they confirmed verbally that they had recbd the money n refund would be done in 3 days. Nothing has been done n getting Inditab on the phone is impossible.

                              I made a payment of Rs.75/-on 22.09.2021 through net banking for the recharge of my jio sim
                              The amount was transferred to Inditab Eesolution Private on 22.09.2021 vide transaction Id[protected] IGAMATOO T2 Transfer 45.

                              But the above mentioned amount of Rs.75/-was mot credited in jio acount nor it has been refunded to my bank account.
                              It is therefore requested that tha amount be credit in my bank account .

                                I recharged my fastag for TN 34 K 9396 for 2000 and and TN 34 M 5665 for 2000 on 30 September recharge was failed and amount debited and also not refunded..

                                      On 30th sep late night we tried recharging for my car’s FASTag with Rs. 2000 but the recharge failed and money was deducted MH12MW8409 post that we have trying to reach them but there is no response for anyone, we need refund asap

                                        Yesterday night I recharge Rs 555 amount got deducted immediately but neither recharged nor refunded...i send the mail id which is mentioned by inditab..No response..Again i call the customer number always busy same no response..such a worst experience..how to get my money back...any solution to get refund...
