IndiTab — recharge for airtel was not done | |
I am jasmine dakhani. Yesterday i recharged for prepaid amount of rs.399 and i received message as payment successful and amount got deducted from my account but recharge has still not processed till now l have sent mail to [protected]@inditab.com but no reply from them. Also, they dont have customer care support on call for recaharge and bills but they do have customersupport for other services and they dont reply to the mail. Idk they play a prank of recharge points these and that... If you cant provide better service to customers... You better indicate it as site is down.. Bad experience... Its really a pathetic service.
