I have not received the redemption warrant against folio no IDBO 313816 till date. I had received one message on my mobile number [protected] on 12.03.21that it will be delivered through Aviral courier reference number [protected]. On tracking number it said to be delivered on 08.3.21.
I had not received any warrant till. I had contacted kfintech kolkata also but no response yet.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for delivery.

I have received a DD from IDFC bank against the maturity of bonds but the DD is in my brother name who has expired more than a year ago

Now I want to contact IDFC but cannot get through any phone numbers available on internet and emails sent to all email addrsses available on internet are also coming back

What to do?

Eventhough I am not received any intimation I myself got the information from one of my colleague and forwarded the details on time before due date. But I am also getting mails saying that you have not submitted the details on time.
However I got a mail saying that your money has already credited, but I checked my account and also the banker, not received payment till date. I am asking for the details o[censored]tr no and others, the same has not been received till date.
As everybody telling I am also feeling why i have to face all these mental trauma and tension after investing our hard earned money.

I have not got any maturity amount nor received any monies into my account.

I had IDFC infra bond trech 2 Folio no .IDB0291351
Bonds were matured on 21 feb 2021. As per mail from Kfin services DD of redemption amount has been sent using courier company called Aviral logistics pvt ltd ( Tracking no [protected]).

when tracked it is showing delivered on 9th March 2021. However we havnt received the courier.

Courier company phone no is not reachable.

1. I would like to draw your kind attention that I had invested in IDFC LONG TERM INFRASTRUCTURE BOND TRANCHE 2 on February 21, 2011 having Folio No.: IDB0315121 with temporary correspondence Address being:- Type 3/4, Kendriya Vidyalaya Ballygunge Staff QTR, Ballygunge Military Camp, Kolkata - 700 019

2. However, after my retirement I have shifted to my Permanent address: Flat-18, 2nd Floor, Janapad Apartment, 1/1 Studio Lane, Premises-18, Haltu, Kolkata - 700 078

3. This Policy's Maturity date was 21-Feb-2021.

4. I contacted IDFC Bond Customer care on 01-Mar-2021 (i.e at Tollfree No[protected] and [protected]) and I came to know from them that DEMAND DRAFT relating to the above Policy has been issued and sent by Aviral Logistic courier on[protected] to my old correspondence address.

5. Since my Address has changed after, I won't be available at the correspondence address mentioned earlier during the Start of Policy.

6. Please suggest how to get the DEMAND DRAFT to be delivered at my Permanent address: Flat-18, 2nd Floor, Janapad Apartment, 1/1 Studio Lane, Premises-18, Haltu, Kolkata - 700 078

7. Alternatively please Advice How to get the maturity amount directly credited into my savings bank account having details:-

I am not able to Redeem matured infrastructure bonds money. This is pending from one month now. I am following with your Dwarka Delhi Branch and hyderabad/Mumbai team regularly but no response on this.
Even IDFC whole team is unable to track demand draft sent to my home address. It is not delivered yet.
Pls look into this.

IDFC Bonds certificate Number 350960 Folio IDB0350960 due for payment on February 21, 2021 still not received. Aviral Courier tracking number is [protected], the company showing picked up the consignment on 24th February but still courier not recived and no update available on the company sight. Please look into the matter and arrange early courier delivery.

My IDFC LONG TERM INFRASTRUCTURE BONDS TRANCHE 2 is matured and have not received amount. Phone numbers given are either not able to connect or keep on going to IVR .IDFC TOLL free number is not even ringing. Frustrated with followup.My folio no is IDB0209410

I have submitted IDFC Bonds series I & II, Two bonds each by registered post AD on 08/02/2021 along with pan cards and cancelled cheque. Details of bonds are as follows:
Series I : Registered Folio Number – IDBO161271
Certificate Number – 161271
Distinctive numbers – 241946 to 241947
&
Series II : Registered Folio Number – IDBO408174
Certificate Number – 408174
Distinctive numbers – 1201325 to 1201326

I have received maturity amount of Series-I, but not received the maturity amount for Series II-2 Bonds, Rs. 10, 800 each.

It is to draw your attention to the fact that maturity amount disbursed your vide cheque
dated 21.02.2021 is only Rs. 41466 instead of the appropriate maturity value of Rs.43200 for four bonds, Folio no: IDB0389613 held jointly by Saurabh Shah and Ashok Jivraj Shah

I request you to pay the differential amount of Rs.(43200−41466) i.e. Rs.1734 for short maturity value cheque sent by you.

In this regard, i would also like to inform you that the Demand Draft for IDFC bonds' maturity payment of Rs. 41466 has been received after 18 days of the maturity to my communication address through AVIRAL bulk logistics Pvt. Ltd courier via consignment no: [protected]. For this inordinate delay on the part of your courier I request you to pay interest at applicable rate for the delayed period.

My IDFC infrastructure bond redemption amount which is already matured on 21 /02 /2021. But till now idfc not paid my redemption amount and not answering any comment regarding my maturity. My registered folio no IDB0391997. Please help me. Do needful action.

Although idfc longterm infra bond trench 2 got matured on 21/02/2021 and my bank account details was updated in registry entry., maturity amount is informed to be sent by DD through Aviral courier.
In aviral courier it is showing, the courier is delivered and received, but same is not yet received. Neither Idfc nor their registry Fintech or Aviral, nobody is responding properly. Pl help.

I have written to AVIRAL Courier on 06.03.2021 with no reply. The phone number on AVIRAL website does not exit.

I do not understand what to do? How long to wait?
