When contacted KFINTECh at Chennai, they have confirmed the despatch by AVIRAL Couriers (No.:[protected] and that they have expressed their helplessness.

Could not talk to IDFC office as the phone gets directed to the IDFC First Bank number.

Unable to attach the copy of the bond as the file size is large.

I am the holder of IDFC INFRASTRUCTURE BONDS folio no IDBO215742 certificate no - 215742 which has matured on 21st feb 2021, but I am still waiting for my payments . I have written various mail in this regard but with no positive response .

My IDFC bonds bearing number: IDB0404965 was matured on 21/2/21.
Warrant was sent through Aviral courier vide above docket.

Not yet received these warrant.
Aviral's site shows delivery on 5/3/21 but not received. They have not any customer care number where one can complain
Karvy is also not responding positively.

Please find whereabouts of it.

I have been informed that the settlement warrant has been sent to my old (though registered) address. Your office has not informed me before sending the warrant out to me. All other investment companies confirm the correctness of address before despatching their warrants/cheques.

I was staying in Govt Quarters in MALABAR HILL, MUMBAI. I retired from service in 2012 and have been residing in Goa since then. I have no way of finding out who the resident in the same quarters is at present.

I had purchased Infrastructure bonds of IDFC bank having folio number IDA0404433, the maturity due date was 12th November 2020. Since December 2020 I am continuously following up with bank for my refund, the bank generated request ticket No. KR[protected] on December 18, 2020. After continuous follow ups, the bank wrote to its employee on 24th Feb 2021 to release my payments, but till date there is no action. Now I am sending emails &...

My four IDFC long term infrastructure bond tranche 2 matured on 21st February 2021.But till 10th March of 2021 I do not have received any cheque or bank draft.

I am complaining about non receiving of maturity amount of long term infrastructure bond tranche 2 till today.

when I tried to reach the courier for my said consignment nobody Pick the phone or by mail they did't create any response inthis regard.i also lodge my complaint to the Aviral logistic site but the did't create any response.
suddenly i cheacked the courier tracking detail on aviral logistic site
they updated status RTO reason short ADD.without trying to delever the consigenment.
kindly revert back my money on said Account detail as soon as possible.

The bond certificate maturity is on Feb 26, 2021 but still it has not been credited in my account.

The bond matured on 21st feb 2021 and today is 9th march. The cheque regarding maturity amount has been dispatched but not received till now. The Aviral Logistics partner is also a fake company that has no customer complaint number with no support. The reference/tracking Id shows the details of booking from Mumbai but not received till yet.
