IDB0329158. The maturity payment of bonds has been dispatched through
a courier service on 24/02/2021.

Still now I did not get my cheque/letter dispatched from IDFC office.

The name of courier service is AVIRAL LOGISTIC SERVICE which is mostly
unknown, unreputed concern. That courier has no correct trackingbr...

I had purchased 04 Nos. IDFC long term Infrastructure Bonds-Tranche 2 from Infrastructure Development Company (IDFC) Limited on Dated 21.02.2011 bearing Numbers from 970881 to 970884 with face value of Rs. 5, 000/- each and maturity value of Rs. 10, 800/- each with date of maturity as 21.02.2021.

But even after passage of more than 15 days since its date of maturity, I have not received the maturity...

Redemption warrant againstIDB0302233 still not received, It is more than 10 days after maturity, courier does not have contact have contact to follow up, it is more than 10 days after its maturity

Of bonds 4 certificate no. 234248 maturity date 21st february, 2021 dhirendra pratap singh my aforesaid bonds have already been matured but i could not receive maturity amount. I was told that maturity pay order has been sent through courier aviral bulk handling logistics mumbai and while checking on their website, payment instructions are out for delivery on 1st march, 2021 but till now i have not received...

I have already complained several times (22/02/2021 & 04/3/2021). A complaint ID was issued : 2826146. Unfortunately till today I did not recieve any maturity amount or communication from your side.

I have sentthese bonds dated 20th january 2021 and the article no. En52733054in has been delivered to this address on 23rd january 2021.

Now the bond is matured, I would like to get back the money immediately....

We have 04 bonds of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure - Tranche 2 under Folio No. IDB0217839 in the name of Mrs. Sharda Jain. The same is matured on 22nd Feb 2021.

Still we didn't get any details regarding the disbursement of the amount. We tried from last 02 weeks to get the details of our Folio via mails and phone calls but still not received any details of the same.

You are requested to provide the disbursal details...

Redemption warrant has been send through AVIRAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD vide reference no [protected] on the date of maturity but still not received.

The logistics company shows that the consignment was booked on 24.02.2021 at Mumbai and will be delivered in mention address in 7 to 8 days.

Tried contacting AVIRAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD but no response.

It is highly careless on part of IDFC First Bank to...
