This is to bring to your kind notice that we are holding 4 nos.IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds Tranche 2 for a total value Rs.20000.00. The said bonds have been matured as on 21st Feb. 2021. I used to receive the interest of Rs 1600.00 every year by cheque/ DD payment . But this year I haven't yet received the interest of Rs 1600.00. Now the bond is matured, I would like to get back the money immediately. The copy of the bond is attached herewith for your ready reference. Would be glad if you could let me know the procedure to make the claim. In case if you are sending the cheque payment, you may please do so on my postal address. There is no change in the address

In case if the bank details required, then please let us know. shall furnish the details immediately.

    We have 04 bonds of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure - Tranche 2 under Folio No. IDB0217839 in the name of Mrs. Sharda Jain. The same is matured on 22nd Feb 2021.

    Still we didn't get any details regarding the disbursement of the amount. We tried from last 02 weeks to get the details of our Folio via mails and phone calls but still not received any details of the same.

    You are requested to provide the disbursal details at the earliest.

      Redemption warrant has been send through AVIRAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD vide reference no [protected] on the date of maturity but still not received.

      The logistics company shows that the consignment was booked on 24.02.2021 at Mumbai and will be delivered in mention address in 7 to 8 days.

      Tried contacting AVIRAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD but no response.

      It is highly careless on part of IDFC First Bank to send the warrants through an unknown and unreliable logistics company.

      IDFC First Bank should ensure the delivery of the warrants.

                Sir, not yet received the warrant said to be sent to my registered address. The address is correct.
                The link given to upload bank details is not accepting Folio number. Always saying Invalid folio number.
                The email address of Kfintech is not accepting emails. All the mails are returned.
                Cancelled bank cheque and attested PAN copy are attached herewith.
                Please send the amount immediately.

                    I have taken IDFC infrastructure bond on 21st Feb 2011 and maturity date was 21st Feb 2021. From 5th Feb I'm following up with IDFC customer care number and confirmed that DD has been sent to my communication address through aviral logistics but I didn't receive. When I check tracking status in aviral logistics shows as delivered. And no contact number not address is available in website. Folio number. IDBO382685 PN Vijay Kumar

It is matured on 21st Feb2020 but my payment is still not received. I have enclosed herewith my Bond Certificate copy and a cancelled cheque copy and Pan copy.                       My IDFC Infra Series 2 Bonds IDB0280510 matured on 22nd Feb, 2021. Since then I have been following up at the given email id and office on a daily basis, but I am not receiving any clear response to my alarms/complaints leading to feeling of harassment
                      1. Despite submitting clear documents of my bank account at the time of registration - the maturity amount was not received electronically.
                      2. I have also not received any courier in the registered address duly mentioned in the Bond document.
                      3. I have not made any change to my details till date.
                      4. I am not receiving any clear answer about the whereabouts of my money, and why it could not be transmitted electronically.

                      I request your URGENT attention and immediate resolution of my complaint please.

                        Despite repested emails, no body is responding to my queries. I bought 4 bonds and now company says that my DD has been sent through AVIRAL COURIER. however, there is no tracking available and since last one week status remains the same.
                        Shocking thing is that there is no phone number of this courier company to which one should contact.
                        I dont know why IDFC has choosen such third class courier to deliver important docs to public. I need money urgently but they are simply giving frustration.

                                  I have been allotted 04 nos.of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2, Series -2. This bond has matured on Feb 21, 2021 but I have not yet received the MATURITY amount till the date. Registered folio ID is 0282929.
                                  I have given several emails from registered email id in this regard but no reply i received.Kindly look into the matter on priority basis & inform me accordingly.
