The bond has been matured on 21st Feb 2021, containing distinctive No. 77820 to 77823 issued on 21st Feb 2021, in the name of Dilip Kumar Gupta.
In-spite of maturity of bond i have not received any communication in this regard for redemption on maturity nor i have got credit in my bank account.

Please communicate how to redeemed this bond and also please let me know any information in this regard, i am happy to provide the same. @ [protected]@rediffmail.com or call at [protected]

SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT KFINTECH MEANS THROUGH THEIR INCONSISTENT MAILS.
IF THEY SEND THE REDEMPTION THROUGH CHEQUE BY POST IT WILL NEVER REACH ME BECAUSE DESPITE SENDING A REQUEST FOR CORRECTING MY ADDRESS, THEY AGAIN RECORDED MY WRONG ADDRESS AND NOW THEY SAY THE LAST DATE FOR UPDATING CHANGE IN ADDRESS HAS LAPSED.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RECORDING THE SAME INCORRECT ADDRESS DESPITE PROVIDING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IN JANUARY 2021 ITSELF WAY BEFORE THE CUT OFF DATE. KFINTECH TOOK 12 DAYS TO RESPOND AND AGAIN RECORDED THE SAME INCORRECT ADDRESS FOR WHICH I HAD MADE A REQUEST FOR CHANGE.

AND NOW BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE ON THE PART OF KFINTECH I AM BEING PENALISED AND INFORMED THAT I HAVE MISSED THE CUT OFF DATE??

Is there a date by which IDFC intends to process the redemption amount. How can they send such a definite mail and keep quite.
This unprofessional attitude after 10 years of investing in long term bonds in a company like IDFC is absolutely disappointing and disgusting AND THEIR SERVICES AND COMMUNICATION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

1. My IDFC Tranche 2 Bond maturity date was on 21st Feb 2021.
I have also received mail from IDFC First Bank regarding the same.

2. In January 2021 I had sent e-mail to einward.ris and [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com regarding correction in my address and also to include my bank details. I sent all details in the prescribed format and also included document proof.
3. It took me 3 days to send the mail as kfintech inbox was...

This is with respect to IDFC Bond ( Application NO.[protected] of Dec-2011 ) against my Karvy demat Account ( DP-ID – IN301557 and client – id[protected]. The scanned copy of IDFC Bond is attached for your reference.
Recently, due to closure of Karvy DEMAT account, I have transferred all holdings of Karvy account to newly opened Mansukh Securities DEMAT account ( Mansukh Securities, DP ID- IN 301653, DMEAT ID[protected].
During transferring of holdings, it come to notice that 4 number of IDFC bond not available in Karvy Demat A/C ( which was earlier available in Karvy Demat A/C)and subsequently not transferred in newly opened Mansukh Securities DEMAT account. I have not sold out these bond till date.
Please resolve the issue on priority and inform to undersigned regarding the status of 4 numbers of IDFC bond.

My father has been holding an IDFC Bonds (details mentioned below)which have reached its maturity. Currently, we are not in touch with the company representative from whom we purchased this IDFC bond. I have applied for IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 in 2011 and got 4 bonds of face value Rs.5000/- each allocated for me. The folio number is IDB0302686. The bonds matured on 21 Feb 2021. I have submitted the scanned copy of the bond as well as my current bank cancelled cheque and sent the details to [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com on 11 Feb 2021. I have never received any acknowledgement nor any credit back to my bank after 21st Feb. I have visited IDFC First Bank, jeevanbheema nagar road branch at Bangalore and they declined to help me with the matter. They again directed me to the same mail id and asked me to call[protected]. This number always been busy and I seem have to simply try calling this with no other work. I request your intervention for speedy settlement of the matter.
Overall, I am not sure if my money is at stake. I would never ever use IDFC bank nor invest in any bonds of the sort.

Sir the above bond matured on 21.02.2021.But I have not received the redemption amount. Please advise me whether I have to submit the discharged certificate for redemption. If so advise the value of revenue stamp to be affixed and the the address to which the bond to be sent.
