Honourable Sir,
I want this to come into picture that IDFC recovery agent is not literated, i got call from IDFC agent for payment of emi for the loan taken in 2020, due to COVID i lost my job and I tried to clear all the dues with penalty and is been left with present and a month older emi for which they are threatening my family members and using vulgar language, asking my mom that how she was able to give a birth to such person and how your feeding him, without paying the debt your enjoying my money, as he lost the job ask him to work at my home as a servant for cleaning washroom.
This is not tolerated, due this calls and msgs i am being physically and mentally retired, i got diabetic by the tension from the executive for paying the emi, any which way they are penalising us by posting high interest impacting cibil and upon that they are now threatening customer, if i commit suicide, the whole responsible goes to IDFC bank.
In a bank i am getting numerous call (200 plus call a day) from recovery agent, attaching the screenshot of few number.

I am in notice period and full and final settlement with be cleared with 45 days from last working day and that was same conveyed to customer but they are threatening me, stating they will come and collect the money in any way at home.
