Inspite of several emails, physical document submission and email of all documents Karvy/KFInfect has not given any proper response or credited the matured bond amount to the HDFC Bank account. Being an ex-employee of IDFC i am still made to run from pillar to post since 3 months.

I had purchased IDFC long term bond tranche 1, total number four for rs. 5000× 4 = 20, 000/-. Bearing Folio no : IDA 0414875. For redemption value after maturity, i have sent email dated 31/12/2020, received office reply dated 01/01/21 vide email reference dated 01/01/21 Ref : SWK/STAT/186000/11557610.
Wherein I have been advised to send some documents in physical form for release of payment in my bank account.
I would like to inform that i have sent all required documents through speed post dated 07/01/21 receipt no. EC[protected]IN, to the address mentioned in their mail.
As per sms sent to me by India Post on 13/01/21, the article has been delivered to concerned office.
I have forwarded my request to credit buy back amount in my bank account, since, i have completed required procedure. But i m really sorry to say that i m unable to get any satisfactory reply from your end. Which may be termed as inferiority in service.
Once again, i m forwarding this mail to your good self and sincerely hope that you will respond to it. May i remind you that it was written in your mail that should i need any assistance then i can write to you, it is of no use if i m not getting any reply.
Please look into the matter at the earliest, expedite my application/ claim and credit the maturity amount
in to my bank account as early as possible.
I hope that i will be informed about precise time limit for crediting the buy back value in my account.

Folio number IDA0416765 bond matured on 12-Nov-2020 payment not settled. I submitted updated bank mandate and address proof documents. Lame excuse reply for my mails. They replied they will settle it but not happened

No intimation has been received for physical submission of certificated and my calls to all the toll free numbers including emails on this subject have gone unanswered. It is requested that the procedure of redemption of the same may be confirmed with the details by email at an early date.

I am holding 4 Tranche-I IDFC Infrastructure bonds. I have not received the annual interest payout for 2020. I have been attempting to contact IDFC, kfintec through emails along with sharing the soft copy of the bond. There is no response from them as yet. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email. Both IDFC and kfintec answered my call, but asked me to send email again. I am afraid I am reaching a deadlock.

I had purchased IDFC bond 750IDFCINFC920, on dtd. 06.10.2010., IDFC LTD SR-4 BD 12NV20, vide application no 12004108, 4 nos for Rs 20, 000 through ICICI direct.
The maturity date for this bond was 12.11.2020, maturity amount 4*10310=41240.
I have not received the maturity amount even today, two months after the maturity date.

I have enquired with ICICI direct and they confirmed me that they have not received the amount from IDFC.
they also confirmed that there was no response from KARVY through whom this bond was purchased.

Kindly release the maturity amount for the IDFC bond
