Hi IDFC,

I am trying to find the information related to the redemption procedure for "Redepmtion Procedure IDFC Infra Bonds Tranche[protected]". I had purchased them in physical form (No Demat Account) and now I am struggling to find the procedure to redeem them.

I have emailed einward.[protected]@kfintech.com, [protected]@karvy.com and [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com but no-one is responding.

Can you please help me some way?

    Dear sir,
    I had purchased four numbers of IDFC long term infrastructure bonds -Tranch 2on 3rd February 2011 through HDFC BANK LTD WBO-CMS PUNE. I have received the bond in physical form. My folio number is
    IDB0399618. My certificate number is 399618.The bond was alloted on 21st February 2011.Till date I have not received any interest on my bonds. The maturity date is on 21st February 2021.Please guide me how I will get my interest and how can I redeem my bonds on maturity.

      Address: karvy computershare Private ltd,Unit-IDFC Bonds-Tranche 1,Plot no.17-24,Vithalrao nagar,Madhapur,HYDERABAD-500081.

      I purchased four bonds with distinctive numbers [protected]-[protected], series 4 under REGD folio no.IDA0413931 wef Nov 12, 2010.maturity date of these bonds being November12, 2020.when I contacted on mail id "[protected]@idfc.com or "[protected]@karvy.com", the mail is rejected by their server and NO RESPONSE is received from either IDFC or karvy computershare pvt ltd, Hyd.IT was their PRIME duty to advise bond holder the redemption procedure of the bonds.Photo copy of the bonds is enclosed for ready reference.I request you to kindly press upon them for early payment of the Bonds.

        However the redemption amount due on 12 Nov 2020 is still not credited in my ICICI account

                  I was allotted 4 units of IDFC Infrastructure Bond (Series 4) on 12-Nov-2010. The 4 Bonds got matured on 12-Nov-2020. Unfortunately the maturity amount is not credited to my registered bank account till today.

                  Details of my IDFC Infrastructure Bonds:

                  3. No. of Bonds: 4
                  4. Series - 4
                  5. Date of allotment: 12-Nov-2010
                  6. Date of maturity: 12-Nov-2020

                  Therefore I request you to look into the matter and credit the Maturity amount to my registered bank account at the earliest.

                  Check if you had chosen buyback option while purchasing the bonds. If yes then the principal and interest amount must have been credited in your bank account around 13th Nov 2015.

                  Thank you for your reply. Yes I had opted for 'Buy back' while applying for the bonds. I checked my bank account details and find that the amount (Principal+Interest) was indeed credited on 13th Nov 2015. I might have overlooked that. Thank you again for hour help.

                    Hi,

                    My IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bond - Tranche 1 certificate no 241678 matured on November 12 2020 from that date have been contacting you thru email and phone nos available on your website no response. Later sent my brother to Chennai Teynampet office clearly in your site written (attaching image taken from your site) can contact for infra bond related queries after visiting two times people there directed to nearest IDFC Bank. I went there but they directed to chennai Krm towers Chetpet office. Their receptionist didn't even bogether to respond and guide. Security guard supported and contacted a employee Named Monica he tired her mobile number [protected] / [protected] but she didn't pick up the call and said she is on leave. No other employee in that branch interested to speak to customer all interaction with Security guard. Have to travel almost 20 kms for each branch and ended up empty without solution.

                    Fail to understand none of your employee doesn't want to meet customer neither bother to understand what is my query. If Monica is on leave the it seems no one in the will attend to customer. Especially receptionist and KRM tower Chennai.

                    Is this your way of treating customer then let me know will proceed with appropriate action.

                      Hi,
                      I have not yet received proceeds from maturity of long term IDFC bonds which were redeemed automatically on 12th Nov 2020 through my icicidirect account (Application Number:[protected]. The prospectus says that no additional steps are needed from investor side if the bonds are held in demat form. There is no reply to multiple emails to idfc and karvy.
                      Please resolve this issue.

                      My ICICI direct account was showing bonds in my portfolio of corporate bond holdings. But it was actually automatically redeemed in Nov, 2015 since I had chosen "buyback" option while purchasing the bond. My bad that I thought I am still holding the bonds. ICICI direct should remove the bonds from my account once they are redeemed.

                      I don't see the customer care mail properly since it is protected on this website. Nevertheless i have written to customer care by finding email address on web.
                      In general I am not supposed to write to anyone. The process of redemption of maturity amount of bond is supposed to be automatic when bond is held in demat form with no intervention needed from customer side.

                                Above bonds matured on 12th Nov 2020. However till date have not received maturity proceeds in the given bank account. Also there is no email or any other communication from the company.

                                        I purchased idfc infra bond 10 years ago.. I have physical bonds as well with me. I want to know how do i redeem the value since they are now matured. Attaching copy of bond for reference.

                                        I tried emailing idfc but mentioned email -- [protected]@karvey.com and [protected]@idfc.com doesn't work anymore.
