    I Niraj Gandhi holding IDFC Bonds from Nov'2010 are due to mature on 12th Nov 2020. Can you let me know the process for claiming the maturity amount. Please note have not opted for buy-back during the entire tenure of the bonds.

      I purchased idfc infra bond 10 years ago.. I have physical bonds as well with me. I want to know how do i redeem the value since they are now matured. Attaching copy of bond for reference.

      I tried emailing idfc but mentioned email -- [protected]@karvey.com and [protected]@idfc.com doesn't work anymore.

                Interest warrant not received for idfc bond for folio number ide0038163 in the name of s. Shyamala, distinct folio numbers [protected] to [protected] in the month of march for the year ended march 2020. We have sent the hard copy of the complaint (Speedpost number[protected] dated 8.7.2020) to the chennai address for grievance as mentioned by the company and sent several emails regarding the same. We have not received any response from the company regarding the same.

                  Hi,

                  I have two bond certificates with folio number as : idc0214024 and idc0214134.

                  One of them is held under my name and another one is held under my wife's name anchal nevatia.

                  I would like to know the following information regarding the same:

                  1. When do we have to submit these bonds?
                  2. How do i find the location of the bank where we will have to submit these documents?
                  3. What is the registered email address for both these certificates?

                  I have been trying to reach idfc team, even the email id provided by their branch does not work. All email ids are just getting bounced.

                            I have already complained that I donot need any calls from idfc, after raising multiple times still I am getting atleast 10 calls on daily basis.

                            This is the final warning I am giving.

                            Do not need any more call from IDFC.

                            No need any kind of support and also no services wants from IDFC

                                    I am requesting for moratorium since mar, 2020 but sometimes it happens and sometimes it's not.
                                    I have taken a tw loan from the bank which date in 2nd of every month.
                                    But why idfc has represented ecs 4 time for that my bank has debited return changes.
                                    Since lockdown i have paid rs2400/- return changes every month.
                                    Can i get the charges back.
                                    Now i am taking decision to stop ecs from my bank.
                                    Idfc bank customer care are unable to support for the situation also branch.
                                    Plz help me to get out the situation.
