                My IDFC Long term Infrstructure bond - Tranche 2 is maturing on 11th feb, 2021. I needed to know how my matured sum would be tranferred to me. Would it be electronically transferred to my bank account?

                  I need to get the refund for the ECS CHARGES of each 588/- rupees from my account as per the loan I had for my phone has been cancelled long back but IDFC informed to contact the bank for it.

                  Hi team, I got a revert from my the bank as well and they have mentioned that IDFC team has to co-operate and issue the refund.
                  I will need your help over this as the EMI was over in the month of September so l even have my NOC for it and as per the policies IDFC needs to refund the charges after it is been closed and they have not yet cancelled and refunded.
                  Please check and help.

                            I have invested in IDFC Infrastructure bonds on 12 Nov 2010. The Bond redemption as per the Bond certificate has to be to the bank account. The redemption date was Nov 12 2020. The same has not yet been credited to my account nor i was able to contact on any numbers given on the certificate or in the websites of IDFC / Karvy. The toll free numbers are IVR based and does not navigate to the IDFC bonds.

                            What should i do? No place to report my issue.
