Folio no : idb0210998. (Buy back option after 5 years) i had invested in this bond. Now at the time of redemption i am being informed that since i have not submitted physical copy of the bonds before the given date hence the same would not be able to redeem. I have not received any correspondence from the idfc side regarding submission of physical bonds or am i a fool for not submitting the same. Now i am being told by the idfc executive that i will have to wait for another 5 years for redemption. Why should i wait for 5 more years.

I am in possession of original allotment advice for idfc infra bonds and these bonds will mature on 12 nov 2020.
These bonds are credited to my demat account with bank account number linked to – but no more valid.

I did not get the redemption letter on time and also the hard copy of the bond was not available to redeem the bond with interest in 2017. How do we convert the physical copy to a demat one so that we do not have issues at a later point of time due to shift in residence. The physical copy of draft of payorder even if it is received due to some reason the 3 months time delay would still be a handicap and hence making it to a demat form makes sense and need to get the worklfow / process

I have purchased idfc focussed mutual fund on 25th may of amount 1 lakh and it still doesnt reflect its still says pending. Folio number - 2171641
I have send a email to idfc but no reply. Its more than 7 working days but the amount still states pending. Could you look into this as soon as possible and solve this. As its not a small amount and still not approved

The bonds were issued in the name of "ajith kumar chakraborty" in place of "ajit kumar chakraborty" for which i am facing problem for encash your dividend of rs. 1600/- per year.
Request to rectify the correct name as "ajit kumar chakraborty" as stated above.
Further, redeem my four bonds as mentioned above before the maturity date on 21.02.2021 because i am facing financial hardship as a retired person.
Request to take action immediately and confirm the same staus.
