We, ajay kumar debnath and syama debnath (Two separate folio no. Iddo 293302 and iddo 293303) of subject bond sent the original bond certificate of rs.20, 000.00 (4 nos. I was purchased 4 nos bond on 21.03.2012 vide certificate no. 254483 having beneficiary account no. Ide0254483 of rs. 5000/-.

Further i inform you that as per mentioned in the certificate a buyback amount of rs. 7590/- is to receivable by me on 21.03.2017 but till date i did not yet received any intimation from your end as well as no such amount has been credited to my bank account also.

The original bond certificate duly discharged on the reverse, 2) self attested photocopy of pan card, 3).
