I purchased tranche 2 bonds series 2 (4 no.) of rs 20000.00 in feb 2012. I am not living on that address now. My application no. Is 41140832. I have not received any document regarding my bonds. I have acknowledgement slip. I would like to know the status of my bonds. I did not receive any buyback information. Please tell me the buyback information also.

I have invested in idfc premeir equity fund - growth - (Regular plan). My folio no is 1423227, i noticed that there have been regular redemption from 2014 until 2017 for which the proceeds are not reflecting in my bank account. I took up the matter with idfc, nariman point office, and submitted my bank account statements from 2014 till aug 2017 along with a letter to investigate and inform me of the status of the redemption amount. After following up repeatedly i still have not got any update, customer service promise call back which never happens also the ext. Number of case officer provided did not bother to pick the phone. It is disappointing that money is lying with idfc for last 3 years and they never bother to contact despite having my contact details (Email, phone) since 2014.
Hope idfc will wake up and respond with details.

I applied for 4 bonds in electronic form. Application no.[protected] dp id-in[protected]. Since then no information. On enquiry from karvey they informed that amount of redumption 29740/ in form of dd has already sent on your registred address in may 2016. But i have not received the same. Kindly help me to get my money back with up to date interest.

We, ajay kumar debnath and syama debnath (Two separate folio no. Iddo 293302 and iddo 293303) of subject bond sent the original bond certificate of rs.20, 000.00 (4 nos. Of rs.5000.00 each) on 31.12 2016 under the enclosures of the self addressed envelops sent by idfc /karvy for buy back. After few months i wrote to m/s karvy and they advised me that they have not received the same and to send the indemnity bond of rs 100.00 duly notarized. I sent it on 27 th july to idfc, krm tower office at chetpet and duly received by the manager on 31.07.2017 (As per tracking india post docket no ew[protected]in and ew[protected]in respectively). We had also emailed to m/s karvy with attachments of scanned copy of indemnity bonds and speed post docs. We will have to send to karvy (Or to idfc?) the following docs.
I) request letters
Ii) self attested copy of pan cards
Iii) cancelled bank cheques.
Would you kindly arrange to send our notarized indemnity bond of rs 100.00 to m/s karvy (With docket no to us) if you want m/s karvy only to handle the case.

I have invested 20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) in idfc limited – infra bond tranche 2 with application no[protected]Account number folio - ide0232138) in february 2012. The same was opted for buy back in year 2017.

When i contacted karvy for buyback in april 2017, they asked me to open demat account and the conversion of physical bond to demat form. So i had opened demat and submitted idfc bond to karvy, yelahanka. After processing the application, i got the message that 4 bonds are in demat, ready to sell. But the statement was showing worth rs. 20, 000.

When i asked to sell these bonds, karvy told me that i can get only 20, 000!!!. He told interest part is not added. So i wrote mail to kishore. [protected]@karvy.com, copied [protected]@idfc.com as per idfc customer care suggestion. However sir, the amount was not still released and no one is responding to follow up mails and calls. I regret to note that i have not received amount till date and investee are not replying my mail and phones.

I called in investee’s office regarding maturity amount and their executives confirmed that it is another team which takes care of the payment / payment date confirmations.

. Sir, i humbly request you to make process maturity amount of my bonds and remit the amount of maturity along with interest.

I have been allotted attached certificate no. 224452 from distinctive numbers 90605 to 90608 allotted under the beneficiary account no IDD0224452 with buyback date as 31 December, 2016.

Since the locking period is now complete, I need to buyback the bonds. I did not receive any intimation of maturity or the process of getting the maturity amount. Please let me know how do I get the same processed and receive the amount in my bank account.

I was purchased 4 nos bond on 21.03.2012 vide certificate no. 254483 having beneficiary account no. Ide0254483 of rs. 5000/-.

Further i inform you that as per mentioned in the certificate a buyback amount of rs. 7590/- is to receivable by me on 21.03.2017 but till date i did not yet received any intimation from your end as well as no such amount has been credited to my bank account also.

You are therefore requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.
