Ing Vysya Bank — My account type has been changed with out any notification and i have been fined. | |||||
Hi I have an salary account[protected] with ING Vysya bank which was offered to me by my previous employer, I've been charged fine for not maintaining minimum balance account, when i asked about that i was informed that my account was changed to some other account type. Why it was not communicated to me?, you people never sent any notification by any means. I'm totally disappointed with the service. whats the procedure i should follow to close the account?
