I am Cheela Venugopal taken a loan vide Loan account no.7000PL630178 in ING VYSYA Bank and I have cleared my due amount in the month of September 2008. Recently I have approached CIBIL to know about my status in CIBIL credit rating system, strangely, in CIBIL my loan account with this bank is still showing that I have not cleared my dues. I was shocked and realized that something went wrong in communication, so, I am writing this complaint for your information and immediate necessary action.

I have taken a loan vide above said loan account and cleared my dues in September 2008 itself. When I asked about no due certificate, your bank officials said you will get it once the post dated cheques have been cleared. I thought the bank will send it by courier but I have not received the same and same time there is no communication from the bank. I tried contacting bank people for no due certificate; in reply they said you will get it by post/courier. I thought anyhow my dues are clear so need not to be worry and taken easily that I will get the letter sooner or later. Adding to that after clearing the account there is no single call, message, mail [or] sms from the bank.

After two years, exactly on 8-2-2010 I have received a letter on[protected] regarding the overdue of Rs.95,855. For the same letter I have replied that I have cleared my dues and approached the bank official namely Mr. Prosanto Kumar Jena. I have clearly explained to him and to the bank vide letter dated[protected]. After the discussion with Mr. Prosanto Kumar Jena himself feels guilty and replied me that sometimes systems will make errors. Because of that you have become defaulter. I will look into the matter and I will see that you will get a no due certificate from our bank within short period of time. As per the conversation, I am supposed get a no due certificate as per his version, but unfortunately, I have not received the same till date.

After one more year, Again in the month of November, same kind of a letter with due of Rs.1,30,768 received from your end.

I thought the problem was solved and I will get no due certificate soon or later but I never expected that my credit rating is affecting badly.

As I am a principle person with ethics, I, by myself even though I am admitted into hospital for heart attack and multiple diseases like diabetic, kidney problem etc., I have approached all the Banks & individuals and explained them about my health & business position by showing the documents and came to an understanding with them for pre-closure of my loans under one time settlement [OTS] against the agreed payment after reaching an understanding on the settlement amount against proper receipts which includes closing of my personal loan account with your bank which I availed wide loan account no.7000PL630178. I have settled the account as per the understanding reached figure [under OTS] of Rs.3,25,000 which paid by Post dated Cheques in September 2008 itself after negotiating with your bank officials.

As a responsible citizen, as a good client, because of my health, business conditions, family position etc I have voluntarily come forward on my own and pre-closed the account to avoid tensions and complications but unfortunately since last several months I am facing heavy tensions because of this issue and I am in helpless condition. Even now it is a surprise to me if really my loan account is not closed why more than 4 years bank has not approached me for payment? Why your bank not claimed EMI’s for 3 to 3½ years? And why applying pressure on me and creating tension to me which is effecting my health? If my health is affected and in turn effects my family is your bank takes responsibility? Is it wrong that I am honestly come forward with a trust to close the account by paying the agreed amount as a settlement?

I have taken loans from 20 to 25 various banks and cleared the dues with one time settlement although I was admitted into hospital with a principal and good intention. But this ING vysya bank, Axis, RBS and Barclays Bank only have created this kind of problem and trauma. Please refer my loan account no.[protected] with Barclays Bank for which I have given a complaint. They have given me apology letter and also ready to give compensation but I have refused.

So, I request your goodself to look into the matter and take severe action against the bank, bank officials etc and get me the justice.

All these days I was feeling very tense, because of this, I have made written complaint to your bank but not to your ombudsman [or] to RBI ombudsman with a hope that the issue will be settled and I will be free of the problem. But now I am making a copy to them also.

Generally, any individual will tear off/destroy the any receipts after may be year and so. But fortunately I have kept these receipts even after 3 years and some safety I have atleast to quote. Please understand what would have been my position if I have not maintained the records of receipts and what I feel that “your bank has taken advantage of my innocence and goodness” and in this situation to safeguard myself, forced to make this written complaint to your bank and all the higher authorities of your bank, and to your banks ombudsman and ombudsman of RBI.

But your bank and Barclays Bank only have created this kind of problem and trauma. Please refer my loan account no.[protected] with Barclays Bank for which I have given a comlaont. Atleast now, your bank and bank officials have to seriously look into this complaint and have to issue the no due certificate for the personal loan account no. 7000PL630178 immediately and should relieve me from this issue.

Even after this justice is not done I have decided to go to any extend including approaching human rights commission, media, etc for my rights and justice.

    I opened an account with ING Vysya Bank in December 2010 with an initial deposit of Rs.20000. I did not make any transactions whatsoever ever since but to my horror all my money has gone and now my account reflects a negative balance. I have the cheque book with me with all the 25 leaves intact and I have never used the ATM card or Internet Banking for withdrawal, that can be (and has been) confirmed and verified by the customer care of ING Vysya Bank.The customer care says that there have been two withdrawals of Rs 10,000 each on May 31,2011 and January 23, 2012 which obviously were not made my me. There is involvement of internal people of the bank(Rudrapur branch) in the scam. I have also filed a F.I.R regarding the same in the local Police Station, Rudrapur- Uttrakhand. There are some influential people in that area who are trying to protect the bank people to the extent that it took longer than 24 hours for the police to file my F.I.R.

      Sir/ Madam,

      I have serious grievance against ING Vysya Bank. I have an existing home loan wherein the rate was fixed for 2 years. Now they have a new floating rate which is 12.45%. I asked them to revise the same else I would opt for foreclosure. On this their customer care came back with a re pricing rate of 11% but with a condition that I will have to pay 0.5% of outstanding amount as re pricing fee?
      I was shocked hearing this. Why a re pricing fee and that too such hefty. It just seems to be exploitation. What is it that they have to do additional to charge such heavy fees?

      Please register my complaint against ING for charging such high fees and undue hardships to consumers

      Sir/Madam.

      I have applied for home loan in april 2012 with a cheque with initial processing fee amounted rs 5618 with other required docs. After 3 month they said that your loan can not be approved on the said property. finally i applied in other bank and my home loan has approved and sanctioned.
      31st Aug 2012 i have requested to Ing vaisya Bank to return my processing fee. I got lots of mail reply that only rs 4000 will be returned and DD for this amount has been prepared so you can visit our branch to collect or you can provide your Communication address to deliver the DD.
      I had provieded My Communication Address on 26 sept 2012 with my Mobile number, now i am waiting for the DD. I have again requested for the status of DD. But they not replying. They had given me a Customer care number[protected] but this number always says that "This number is Temporarily out of service". I am getting tired from this bank response.

      Please Register my complaint for that. I have all mail details which are replied by the bank.

        I have surrendered three policies for which I was told the funds would be deposited within 10 working days. It has been 3 weeks with no information from ING Life, after making numerous calls and emails, they don't seem to care to just give me the status, they simple keep me on hold for extended periods when I ask to speak with a supervisor. Below are the policy numbers -

        I am really disappointed with the response of this company. It works as if it is a government company, I wonder how they are surviving? It takes about 15 minutes to talk to a person upon calling their customer service number - a voice rambles on and on about what to be SMSed to get what info for almost 10 minutes.

            I one of the ING home loan customer, in last 28 months the bank has raised interest rate by 12 times... we have not raised any complain against them....but when RBI has declared the rate cut on April 17th,,, till now ING has done nothing.... they say that the board has to decide....when the RBI has increased the rate, ING have raised on 30th day for all 12 hikes......


            When i spoke to one of the manager, i told him i will go to court,, he said go to the court , the court will rule in favour o[censored]s.....Is it not ridiculous of the Bank not reducing the interest rate...


            What type of governance we have in our country...Banks can decide the way they want... where is the end to this...



            Lets fight together,,, if you are ING home loan customer, interested to fight for this...lets group and take this to the media and to the court...

            ING vysya — Charges the full processing fees without sanction the loan amount & misbehaviour

            I have applied a Home mortgage loan at ING VYSHYA Bank at Kolkata, Tobako house branch, the bank has been rejected the application on 24.02.2010. But they have charge the processing fees which a cheque of Rs. 5515/- I was submitted along with the application form, at that time their representative had confirmed me that if the loan application is rejected the processing fees has not been charged. But unfortunately thhey have rejected my application and also charge the processing fees which was debited from my account. Further They mis-behave with me and till date they has not been sent any written communication (hardcopy) with the documents which I had submitted to them.

            I do not know why they charges all the processing fees and why they are not sending my documents till date????

              ING Vysya Offers a Flexi benefit insurance where you can make a flexible premium payment every month, i have chosen to make a payment of 6300/month where in the insurance company is harrasing me to make a payment of 8300/month and i am running around the departments to get this corrected since the last 6-8 months but still there is no one who is helping to get this issue resolved.

              I would like IRDA to take strict actions against this company and i need to get all the policies cancelled from this company and get the amount that i have paid to this company till today. I also want the ING to pay for the inconvenience caused to me in getting this issue sorted out.

But my claim chaque was returned on 13/10/2010 due to Bank A/C Closed .Again I Send my Another Bank A/C No.ING VYSYA BANK LIMITED MALVIA NAGAR BHOPAL 462003 My New A/C No. is[protected] ING VYSYA BANK .But still not found my PF Amount. Please do needful.

                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                  I was working for INGVYSYA Financial Services Karol Bagh Branch for 1year and 8 months. I left the organization on October 2007 and i completed all my formalities regarding PFand submitted the form to HR Deptt thrice and after following lots got confirmation mailproof from Ing Vysya HR Deptt that the form submitted to PF Deptt on Aug 2010. But still i have not recieved my amount. i tried calling PF office so many times but nobody is attending the call. Kindly let me know the status of my PF. And request you to do it as soon as possible.

                  On march 2' 2012 , Ing vysya Pf authorities asked me to submit Affidavit saying as I have delayed request at our end due to the same reason I have forwarded dully updated Affidavit and sent across them having all proof with me. Still I got no response from them.

                  I checked online record status showing "Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form". at BGBNG[protected]. My PF Detail below

                  Enclosing last detail mail copy below , I am daily following them at no[protected], Concern person -Raghavendra always found at leave. Kindly help me and sort my PF claim at your end as I think i am unable to get the same in my life.

                    I am Mallikarjun.G from New Delhi, I have taken insurance policy of ING Vysya in march. My policy number's are:
                    Policy no 1:02407594
                    Policy no 2: 02408436.
                    Executive Name is Mr.vishal Shriwastav.
                    I have applied for policy cancellation on 31st of March in Barakhamba Road branch, New delhi. I have recieved policy on 18th of March. Concerned person from the branch said i will get the refund in 20 days as it is closing of year. I get a call from customer care from bangalore by name Nalini in which her way of talking was so rude. There is no response from the branch regarding my status. They have taken my policy papers on 31 st and they said my policy is cancelled. In May i get a call saying my policy cannot be cancelled as it is out of free look cancellation date. Where as i have applied before two weeks according to company rules. They are behaving like as if i need to give them money. I am not satisied with the services at all. I need proper justice as soon as possible.I am fed up with the response and services of ING VYSYA. Awaiting for a favorable response from ING Vysya through this complaint. I have even sent a mail to their complaint cell on 25th april where there is no response from them. I am looking forward for a early response from your end.

                    ing vysya life insurance policy — no response regarding policy

                    I m having the life insurance policy of ing vysya frm 2006 and the policy number of that policy is 00384427 but i m not getting any response from the company regarding the status of my policy.

                      As per the latest news, I think you can switch your housing loans to any banks and the banks cannot charge foreclosure amount for floating home rates. I am having a housing loan and am planning to switch it if they are not going to reduce the interest rates. I am not sure about this but if everyone plans to take these actions probably the bank may considering reviewing the interest rates. In the last 4 years I have paid approx amount of 11.5 Lac of which only 45K has gone towards the principal :(. Right now i have paid approx 17K to get my interest rate down from 14.25 to 11.50. And after RBI announced the recent drop in repo rates they have not yet reduced my home loan interest rates. Though they had promised that after the rate repricing which i got by paying 17K, if RBI ever announced the reduction in repo rate that will be immediately applicable to my housing loan interest rate. Its almost a month now and they are not even updating me even though i send them emails every week.
                      I am trying to switch my housing loan to SBI which is offering me housing loan at 10.5%. So I am planning to switch over to SBI. I dont think it would be easy for me to switch the loans easily, but if not then i am going to even write to Bank ombudsman,

                        Hi All,
                        If you want to go a home loan and suffer for the rest of your life - go for ING Vysya Bank Home Loan . Please avoid this bank, better go for SBI, HDFC or Axis Bank.

                        ING Vysya bank are BIG CHEATERS. They gave me a loan for 10.5 % and increased it to 12.75 % in just one year. To reduce the interest they asked me to pay 1% of the outstanding and decrease the rate but after reducing the loan to 11% for a month they again increased it to 11.75% without any RBI hikes.

                        1- Their customer service is pathetic, they take 3 days to respond and about 10 days to resolve any issues.
                        2- They do not see the progress of the construction and release money to the Builder Directly. They have good relationship with all the 3rd grade builders.
                        3- They mention 2% foreclosure charges but when you try and close loan they increase it to 3% of the outstanding amount.
                        4- They never receive your calls and ask you to come to their Mission Road Office, Bangalore for every damn thing.


                        But after 4 yrs, I am relieved man now. I foreclosed my loan and moved to another better bank (SBI).

                        PLEASE PEOPLE, AVOID THEM even if that comes at the cost of NOT buying a home.

                        ING Vysya Bank Home Loan — Home Loan

                        Hi,

                        I have taken housing loan in INGVYSYA bank. I paid part payment of my loan and the bank has not deducted from my principle amount in spite asking for additional amount to pay for my loan. I never missed any EMI till data. Customer care will never respond for any query. When ever you call maintainance and system down.

                        I would struictly refer please dont get into this kind of banks and spoil your peace of minds.

                        This is the same experience i got in for my banglore flat. they are very bad . every three months they will send a notice for extra money claiming that due to interest hike there is an amount due. i am becoming their bank, they are collecting extra money from me every other month.

                        this extra due is handled by their recovery team as if i am defaulter. and they behave very badly.

                        after 3 years i am trying my best to clear the loan borrowing money from friends and family.

                        Ing Vysya Bank — atm not recived

                        i will apply for atm in account opeing.. but that atm for delivery for unknown adderss.. plz check and given imfrom

                          I have a home loan with ING Vyasya bank and want to make part payment or per close the loan, but the bank says:

                          1. I can make part payment of only 25%. Anything above that will be charged 3% penalty
                          2. Pre closure will be charged with 2% penalty

                          When I told them about RBI regulation of scrapping of per closure or part payment charges, they mentioned that it is applicable only to housing finance companies and they are a bank and not housing finance company.

                          Would like to know if ING can still charge penalty for additional part payment or pre closure.

                                I am extremely disappointed when I realised that the Loan taken is on floating interest rates ( ING Vysya ).
                                During my initial discussion ( Dec 2010 ) with your executive ( Mr Sandeep Bankar ),He explained me the scheme of fixed interest rate i.e interest rate is 9.75 % fixed for 1st One year & flotation afterword , I agreed for further processing & submitted the required documents , One day Mr.Sandeep has come to my residence at around 10.00 pm and taken signature on application form & told me that I will fill all the details as I having your complete set of document . Due to his good behaviour I got trust on him . Everything is over I got the cheque of the loan as agreed in Jan 2011 .........
                                When I have received the SMS from your bank regarding Interest rate hike , I just called him and asked he told don’t worry its general message to all loan account holder .
                                Once again I received the same SMS that Interest rate has been revised , Then I put mail to CC for verification and following response from them .
                                I have verified the application letter & got shocked , in the application it is clearly mentioned that the interest rate is 9.75 Floating , It is in Sandeep’s hand writing .
                                Now EMI has been revised and I am loosing Rs. 3700 per month & there is no action on the your executive & I lost total trust on your bank as well as banking sector professionals ................. I discussed same matter with Mr Sandeep many time ([protected] ) .....
                                I have raised the complaint on your online grievance form but still I have not received any feed back .
                                Whenever I received any call from Bangalore ( Chandrika & many more )or Mumbai ( Nidhi Sharma & Other officers), office same message I am passing to your officers but I doesn’t see any action ..............

                                This way business never run for longer time or sustain in Market during tough period.
                                You have lost the relationship with me as well as my friends , colleges & relatives.

                                This bank is a cheat. They had the ECS activated and then did not send the request for 3 months. Sent me a notice for the same and when I challenged them in the month of December they deducted the entire over dues as well as the regular EMI without my consent.

                                Now I have stopped their ECS facility and want to initiate legal action. I have written several mails but there is no change. I have no idea why they are doing this. They have no idea of my account and its details.

                                Please do not deal with this bank. They are a bunch of cheats. I have made a blog giving all the emails that i have exchanged. the link is below:

                                  I hv submitted my Claim form to my ex employer long time back and from there confirmation of Submission for My Pf form to PF office recieved dated 5.8.10 but till now i have not received my pf amount.I have several time call to PF office aparajitha(Mail ID "[protected]@ingvysyabank.com") at number[protected].Since Aug 2010 i am following every time I recieve confirmation "your pf will get credited within a week" whenever I recall they told the concern person either on sick leave/leave or left . I am tired and loose hope if i can get my Pf in this life or not. But I have a faith on your Deptt. Please check at your end.

I like to inform you that, I have resigned the organization in March 2011 and applied for my PF (No.21413) around 10th July,2011. However, after following up since so many months I still not have received my PF amount. Today, an employee of APARAJITHA, Mr.Arun has updated me that the file has not yet submitted because of ignorance, whereas, they have updated me on 1st week of December that it has already been submitted and I will receive my payment within 5 to 10 days.

                                      I had a Ing Vysya Life Insurance Policy No 00462069 in the name of Rakesh Kumar Bakshi, in which I had invested a sum of Rs 1,50,000/- . Due to urgent need of money, I had requested the Ing Vysya Life Insureance, Gurgaon (HR) office for surrendering of my above policy vide their receipt dated 27Oct 2011. They had assurred me to transfer my surrendered value amount to my Bankers within 10 days. Despite lapse of over 01 month and repeated request to their Customer Care Centre, they are neither transferring my money to my Bankers nor sending me cheque. Request expedite the payment.
