This is bring to your kind notice that i had worked with ING Vysya life insurance as Sr.Executive operation at Kapurthala(Punjab). I had resigned on 2nd of May'2011. My last woking day with the company was 27th July'2011. But till date i have not got my relieving letter and full and final settlement. I have requested him a lot, but nothing happen. Due to non receipt of my relieving letter i am unable to submit the same to my current employer. For this my current employer have kept my salary on hold. I have requested my previous employer a lot to provide me my relieving letter, but they have not taken neccesary action till date. As per company Standing oprerating procedure, my relieving letter should be post to me with in 45 from the last date of working. It is my humble request to you, kindly intervene and get it close.

ING VYSYABANK .....Beware of opening any type of account with this bank. As you will not be able to change your email ID in bank database. However you will see online Tab/window for the same and you will also get false display of Data updated successfully. BUT you will be suprpised to receive mail in your old email id.
It is almost 12 month now.....we have made frequent request for updating Email ID by all the available means (Online, Phone banking, In person to the branch, calling bank executive at own place, written complain/ request).
Even I received a hard copy by post from bank in April that email ID is updated in record. But till now i am receiving sensitive message like secured password (OTP) to old ID.
I am on deeply threat by ING as OTP being received on old ID.

If any one have any suggestion , pls advice .

Existing customer - Watch your account balance on daily basis.
New customer - Avoid using your account..........or close your account.

My name is Ramanand Lohiya, Employed with ING Vysya Bank Ltd., for the period 1 April 2010 to Oct 2010. My employee ID is W07E16367. As they do not take any action towards my PF amount. i applied for pf amount on 18/7/2011 at ING Vysya Bank Ltd. 5 Malviya Nagar Rajbhawan road Bhopal.

Till date I have not received PF amount and also any feedback from them. In between 5 times I went to office and enquired. They are telling, its under process. If i call them, they are not picking the phone and if picked up not answering properly. My PF a/c No. is KN/BN/26522/20029 and attached cheque no. is 023522. Please do the needful in this regards.

I lost my policy bond and I have applied for duplicate bond for my policy on 11 aug 2011. I have completed all function related that.

I took a loan from ing vysya bank in the year 2007 at 10.5% interest rate and just after a month they increased it to 11% and then again to 11.5% and then again to 11.75% and now 13.50% interest rate . I had taken a loan for a period of 20 years but due to increase in interest rate ing has increased my tenure to 26 years (shocking). I can understand that the interest rate is fluctuating and not fixed but these people are cheating like hell. Last year rbi increased the crr ratio and repo rate twice due to which my rate of interest increased but since october last year rbi has reduced the repo rate and crr many times by over 450 basis points. If I calculate my home loan interest should come down to 8% but ing vysya is charging me a interest rate of 13.5 %. These culprits are sucking money to build their profit. Some one please tell me what actions can I take. I am willing to go to court to take actions against them. Also after 3 1/2 of years of paying my emi's my outstanding amount is more than my loan amount. The ing vysya bank is not a reputed banking sector it seems one sending intimation of 11.5% interest and other tells 12% and when we trying to close the account they come out with 13.5% interest rate and 2% of pre-closing charges . Sub: No Objection Certificate from ING Vysya Life Insurance - Reg.

I wish to inform your goodself that I have been completed my IC-33 training and examination from M/s. Max Newyork Life Indsurance, Chennai, awaiting for my code number. But I was informed by M/s. Max Newyork life that my PAN number is already use in M/s. ING Vysya Life Insurance.

At this stage I wish bring to kind notice that I have not attend any training and examination from M/s. ING Vysya Life Insuranace. They mis-used my PAN Card, and without my knowledge they register my PAN in your good office. when I approached for NOC from them, they said to wait for 3 weeks and after 3weeks I went to their Chennai office, they given the NOC only in white paper, a copy is enclosed for your ready reference.

When I submit the same to M/s. Max Newyork Life Insurance, they want the NOC from M/s. ING Vysya Life Insurance H.O Letterhead, and i request the same their Chennai office they asked to get it directly from H.O. If i approach them directly it will take minimum 3 months to get the same. Now I request your goodself to look into this matter and assist to get the NOC at the earliest.

Am very much thankful for your kind co-operation in this regards.

RBI has not yet increased the interest rate and still you have increased it by 0.25%. Even last time first increase was done before the RBI announcement and the other one was done just after RBI announcement.

Do Ing Vysya following the fair practice code?

Presently I am paying a interest close to personal loan on a home loan.

Is they any place where I can complaint on the issue.

I was an agent of ING VYSYA LIFE INS.CO., RESIGNED AND APPLIED FOR NOC TO JOIN OTHER COMPANY ON 8.2.2011. BUT NO RESPONSE REGARDING NOC. I WAS ISSUED A TERMINATION LETTER ON 22.3.2011 ON BUSINESS GROUNDS. I SENT REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF LICENCE THGOUGH OTHER LIFE INS COMPANY ON 29.4.2011 VIDE REGESTRATION NO.[protected]. BUT IT WAS REJECTED AFTER 1 MONTH. WHEN I WENT TO REQUEST IN PERSON, AGAIN ONE MORE LETTER OF RESIGNATION WAS TAKEN ON 29.5.2011, WHICH WAS ACKNOWLEDGED. AGAIN I SENT REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF LICENCE ON 8.6.2011 VIDE[protected]. BUT TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS AGAIN REJECTED. AGAIN I WENT PERSONALLY, I WAS ASSURED OF IMMEDIATE TRANSFER OF LICENCE. BUT SO FAR IT IS NOT DONE. IRDA CAN ONLY HELP ME REGARDING THIS. BECAUSE OF IRDA ONLY, INSURANCE PROFESSIONALS ARE BREATHING THEIR LIFE.. I AM THE SOLE BREADWINNER OF MY FAMILY.

I have been trying through e-mail at [protected]@ingvysyabank.com ING Vysya Bank to provide me details of document they have in possession for my loan account no. 5300HL773096- SUDEEP BHARGAVA for almost a month as I want to close the loan. But they have not been able to provide the same.
Last week I got ref no 00537906 through toll free no [protected] and they promised that I will get my statements / docs same day but I have received no response.
I am not sure hether they are doing intentially or other reasons.

I have taken a home loan for 30 lakhs in sept 2009 at the rate of 9.75% interest rate with a monthly EMI of Rs.28345/- and since then the interest rate with ING Vysya bank loan is continuously going up only and now it is 11.75%. The bank people have never reduced the interest rate on the floaing interest housing loan i have taken when the RBI reduced the rates but very quickly increased the interest rate whenever an announcement is made regarding the increase in interest rate by RBI.
Now the bank people are pestering me on paying an additional EMI amount to make to tenure stable at 20 years and not willing to increase the tenure. When i requested to provide me with a written mail and repayment structure of the additional amount to the telecaller from ING Vysya bank, Bangalore, Ms. Shalini , she was not ready to provide the same and she and her manager Mr. Prasad started threatening and abusing saying that if i dont oblige and come with the blank cheques to their office immediately , will take legal action and attach the property.

I am now heartbroken with their attitude and request RBI and banking ombudsman to take a look at the activities of ING vysya bank home loans and control.

I request each and everybody who read this letter to convey that ING vysya bank home loan should never be touched in need of a home loan to their friends and relatives.

I Have taken a home loan through ING VYSYA Bank. It has been more than one month process in collecting my documents, verification and sanctioning the loan. They have dispatched a letter stating that 8th June onwards your EMI will begin. But no one has spoken about pre-emi concept. They have never said the start date of that. I havent considered that because it is a ready to occupy flat. Without informing they have dropped a cheque in my bank which no balance. Bank has collected cheque bounce charges and ING too collected cheque bounce charges. When I asked them whether they are not supposed to inform us before dropping the cheque, they said "NO". I am really dissappointed with thier way of greediness towards collecting penalties from customers.

I have taken a home loan from ING VYSYA bank in 2008. Initially the interest rate was 9.75%. they gradually increased the rate year over year and now in 2011 they say that the interest rate is increased by RBI and the current interested rate is 13%. They want me to increase the EMI by 3000 to keep the tenure to 300 months (25 years). Initially I took the loan for 20 years. These people are a big FRAUD. They dont even listen to the customers. I WOULD SAY, DONT EVER bank with ING VYSYA. They are BIG FRAUD. THEY SUCK YOUR MONEY AND BLOOD.

I wish this BANK sucks and goes into Loss and some earth quake destroys all the records of ING VYSYA... This is the FIRST AND LAST WISH in my LIFE.

on 10th april I went to ATM of bank of baroda (nawada) to withdraw money. i entered the amount Rs. 10000. after sometime i got receipt which had transaction declined written on it..
After that i moved to the other machine and entesred amount Rs. 10000.But i received the slip of insufficient balance after which i withdrew 3000 to check the balance amount...
after 10 minutes or so, i received two sms's one for withdrawl of Rs. 3000 and the other one for withdrawl of Rs. 10000. i called thei customer service and they said that i will get my money in 48 hours which didnt happen. i also submitted a written application at ING VYSYA branch - janak puri on 13th april.. i have not received my money till date .......please help...

Dear SIr/Mam I, ONKAR SINGH JIYAL took loan fm the above bank ! I have been paying 16,000.00 INR extra everymonth since last three and half year ! Is there any solution for that I am a fed up now ! The bank is not interested to send me any statement even after requesting several time ! is there any remedy for it can I recover extra amount paid by me ? This bank is not following any regs from HON. Reserve Bank of India !
EVEN COMPLAINT IS ALSO REGISTERED TO HON. RBI ALSO ! I HOPE +VE RESPONSE FM YOU !

My name is Hariprasad Sunkara, Employed with ING Vysya Bank Ltd., for the period Sept 2010 to Feb 2011. My employee ID is 0014549. My last working day with the organisation was 19/02/2011.

I was not aware that the employer withdraws the PF of the employee based on the automatic information available in the HR login site provided to the employee.

Now ING Vysya Bank has withdrawn my PF and credited to my SB Account., which iam not OK and have concern on the same.

I have a life policy with ING Vysya -Policy No 00207116 from 2006. I had assigned this policy in favour of AMM Foundation for a loan scholarship they had provided to my daughter for studies abroad. I have repaid the loan and the lender AMM Foundation has written to ING Vysya Life Insurance several months ago to cancel the assignment made in theri favour and reassign the policy to the holder (me). In spite of follow up, the company simply does not even reply. Nor does it come out with what its problem is in reassigning the policy. What a company! what a great customer service! State run companies excel in comparison though we tend to say that public sector undertakings do not bother about their customers. I hope that ING Vysya Life Insurance, inspite of its ING tag, does not turn out to be hole in the wall company simply pocketing all the premia paid and does a disappearing act when the funds run out!

Ref to my Policy No 02046662 dated 22.12.2010 with ING Vysya Life Insurance Company Limited, I have a difinite complaint against my Insurance Company. Their own appointed agent made this Policy by adopting tricky ways. First they approached me with an offer of loan from ING Vysya Bank. For security reasons against loan amount the Bank required this Insurance. Accordingly I issued a Chq against ING Vysya Life Insurance Co. On 28th December 2010 I received a policy copy and the same confirmed that within 10 days I will receive a loan sanction letterfrom Bank. Even after waiting for 10 days I did not get any sanction letter from Bank. Still now the lady ( Priya Roy Mob No: [protected]),dealing with me from the agent side always gives an impression that she is directly working in ING Life Ins Co. After my disappointment on 13th January 2011 I visited ING Insurance Co and come to know that the agent totally misguided me. ING V is not providing any loan against any Insurance Policy. I also had a talk with Mr Monoj Goenka- General Manager about this matter and he agreed with me about cancellation of my Policy. Mr Abhijit for ING V Insurance advisior called me in my phone and requested to wait for 2 to 3 days and he will look after this matter. But 13th I had a ticket for Chennai on official tour. So I requested them to allow me up to 19th of January for cancellation of my policy. At the same time Mr. Goenka suggested that during this time I should think about continuation of policy because in general this policy is suitable for me. On 19th as soon I came back from Chennai I applied for cancellation of my policy and they also accepted it. But on 7th February I got reply from Bangalor ( Registered Office of ING V Ins Co). According to IRDA Regulation, 2002 they are not able to cancel my policy as 15 days wire already over from the date of receiving my policy. To be candid, I agreed for Insurance for loan approval only and the form whick is attached to my policy is not filled up by me. The photo attached in the form they collected for loan purpose from me. In the form most of the details is wrong. I am a service man but in the form it is mentioned I am doing computer Business. Even my address is wrong. So many things they manipulate only for making this policy. So I request, please cancel my policy and reimbuse my money after deducting any cancellation charges. Please help me. My admission money is stuck with the Insurance Company.
