I have been cheated by Ing vysya bank insurance agent

HL Interest rate is high

Asked for Closure of HL [protected] or decrease of Int rate at present 13% paying. Same project approved another HL customer bank has reduced the int rate from 13% to 10.5%. Asked the further information on Valuation report of the current HL sanctioned project and legal report of the same project 4 weeks back and 2 reminders but till date no information received. Pathetic customer care

Is there any bank governing body in India to address customers painful experiences with this bank.

If I have some powers, I would ask this bank to close their shop and leave.

If they are not able to serve the customers there is no point of them to operate and later point to raise an insolvency. The governing body must be a watch dog at these banks and must act proactively in closing such idiotic banks.

surrender value not paid

It has been 3 weeks with no information from ING Life, after making numerous calls , they don't seem to care to just give me the status, they simple keep me on hold for extended periods when I ask to speak with a supervisor.
