Summary-My account is-ING Vyasya Bank, A-361, Sec-19, Noida-201301 (U.P.), ING Vyasya Bank IFSC CODE IS VYSA0005580 and my Account no is[protected] So My problem is i do last transcation 6000 ruppes in date 20 nov 2013 time 6. 21 pm from Oriental Bank Of Commerce. but debit from my acount 12000 ruppees then do call ing bank he say your 6000 ruppees refund in 24 hours but not refund 6000 ruppes till now. so i request you i need help, so please help me.

    Myself A.Radha, policy no[protected], taken the policy due to hard sell of the company representatives, at that juncture the agent & the branch manager told that we can withdraw the policy after three years & she assured that I get the double amount of premium paid .I had paid for over three years without any due payment . When I went to palakkad office for closing my policy there is no support from the company or its agents .According to them "because Iam surrending before five years the surrender charge is heavy & the policy is based on market regulations now the market is down so I even don't get the amount I paid as premium THIS IS ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS BECAUSE WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE POLICY THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES ASSURED ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT, at this point of time when I need the money most because my husband has a block in his heart.SO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS CRITICAL TIME BY ATLEAST PAYING THE PREMIUM AMT WHAT I HAD PAID THEN I WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU .You also knows better that a common man cannot understands your insurance wordings .Compelling and taking a policy is not important rather than to maintain a relationship with the customer, if a person takes one policy & your service &remuneration is good then only he comes back & take another policy with you, NO WONDER PEOPLE ARE ENSURING THEMSELF WITH LIC.     I Anil kumar .k policy no[protected] . When I went to palakkad office for closure of this policy the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES behaves with me so rudely, I had paid the policy premiums without any delay in payments, I had taken it for 3 years as the company representatives told me that it is not necessary to pay it for 5 years, he also assured me that I GET THE PREMIUM BACK WITH DOUBLE BENEFITS, now they are playing game by saying that as iam closing before five years I would be in great loss as market is down etc but they didnot said that my policy is based on market regulations on the time of policy commencement .I need my money back atleast the full premium amt what i had paid till now I need the money most as Iam constructing a house . I HOPE YOU WILL PAY ATTENTION ON MY COMPLAINT AT THE EARLIEST & TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IN MY FAVOUR, OTHERWISE I HAVE TO DEPEND ON JUDICIARY OF INDIA. I even assure you that i will tell about my worst expereiences in ING &your canvassing stratergy in my friend circle so that they wouldn't be a prey in your hands IAM AVAILABLE AT [protected]

    Seriously these people are bloody cheaters. That bloody ING Vysya agent also told me i can with draw money from 3rd year onwards. Now after 9 years of payment even after 2o years also i cannot surrender policy. If i do after 20 years i will not get even the money i paid. These people using my money increasing their business and even not willing to pay the money i paid. I have to wait till my 85 years for maturity value. These are cheaters...bloody cheaters instead of that they should beg the people...

      Thats true ! I too received the call last month and visited their place in singanallur. Today again I received another call from same person (kalaivani) that i have again won the lucky draw. I feel very lucky that I have been choosen 2nd time by this FRAUD company.

        i had a policy proposed on 27.09.2013, also got the policy documents before 7-8 days, but it very sorry to say that now i m not able to continue this policy due to money problems. Therefore i request you to kindly cancell the same & release my amount as soon as possible, which is very urgent for me.

          Insurance agent Neethu Ph: [protected] and asked for a accidental policy. I accepted the policy and the premium of 5185 was auto detected from my Ing Vysya bank account on 22/02/2013. As of now i did receive bond, I tried to reach agent and her mobile was switched off. Kindly help me and pull me out of this cheating.             Asked for Closure of HL [protected] or decrease of Int rate at present 13% paying. Same project approved another HL customer bank has reduced the int rate from 13% to 10.5%. Asked the further information on Valuation report of the current HL sanctioned project and legal report of the same project 4 weeks back and 2 reminders but till date no information received. Asked the information through cfcareingvysyabank.com.
            Ing Vysya Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              I had a personal loan with the above numer. In Nov'12, Mr.Rakesh and Mr.Mekhri from ING who were in touch with me had agreed to settle the loan for a sum of Rs.33000/-. I paid Rs.25000/- in November 2012. Later Mr.Mekhri sent me a settlement letter which quoted Rs.36000/-. I immediately wroyte a reply to Mr.Mekhri asking for the discrepancy. However he never replied back. Now, 9 months later a person called Mr.Kiran is calling me and stating that i have to pay Rs.77000/-. He is calling my work place and abusing people. He is using all kinds of dirty language and trying to defame me. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

                Dear Team,
                I need your support regarding my PF amount which has been pending from long time...(more than 3 years). I had resigned from ING VYSYA in 2007 and submitted withdrawal form to hr dept.. I made a mistake in bank account number while filling withdrawal form and due to that error the amount could not be credited in to my bank account. I had returned back both of the cheques in the same time to RPFC banglore.. After that I have been following the same but nothing could happen.

                  When i have take this policy the same bank which copy mentioned by me.
                  Every month the money is transfered in your account by ecs with my account

                    ING vysya vittal Mallya road,is the real place of ignorance and humiliation.People who work there are very very harsh to customers and humiliate customers in such a way that they will not turn up bank to the bank.Not even one person in that branch receive a customer properly,understand their queries or problems and revert back.They give all negative answers for the question asked and are very lazyyyyyyy to work.Myself met with a severe humiliation and harsh words,being an I.T. employee i didnt wanted to go that bank again

                    I have surrendered my policy on 16th Apr. Till now I did not receive DD. Their office people at Visakhapatnam are not responsive.

                      Respected sir, My OD account in bank is since last two year. My turnover is about 50 to 60 corer. I have an complaint about debit insurance premium from my account without my permission. I have paid my insurance premium and submit policy in my branch before due date. After that they were debit insurance premium from my account by their agent icici lombard on date 07/12/2012. After my complain in my branch to Rahul.Patel they were conveyance me and said reverse the amount in my account in 15 to 20 days. but since yet they have half amount reverse . i have very disappointed from bank. you can contact Mr. Rahul patel at surat branch shop no. 1 to 6 surya plaza beside gujarat SAMACHAR BHAVAN near udhana Darvaja Ring road surat about this matter. He is my service executive. My account details are below of application.
                      So i request you to do something about my complain as early as possible.

                        Respected Sir|Madam,

                        I had the policy# 00973101 with ING Vysya which I requested to surrender on 26th Mar 2013. I submitted all the necessary documents they asked for. I lost my Policy Bond so they asked me to submit affidavit. I submitted it on 10 rs Stamp Paper. I asked the executive (Amit) sitting at Bareilly Branch that please check all the documents, He said documents are okay and he gave me acknowledge slip. He said you will receive your money withing 12-15 days. When I called them after 20 days they told me that you have to submit the affidavit on 100 Rs stamp paper. I submitted it again and they said you will be be receiving the money within 48 hours, but still I have not received the money. I have talked to them so many times and they always say you will receive your money within 48 hours.. I have talked to Mohit who is in Bareilly branch he always says it is under process, you will receive your money in 2-3 days. Now more than 3 months have been passed but I have not received the money. Kindly look into this.

                              Respected sir, I, M.Surendranatha Reddy has taken one ulip policy bearing No.00924504in ing vysya and i paid an amount of rupees 30,000-00 (three installments each installment Rs.10,000-00). iwas surrendered my policy on[protected]. Till i have not received the amount. Recently i got a letter from the above said branch my policy is foreclosed. that letter dated[protected] after surrender of my policy. whatever either surrender or forecloses of my policy amount should be paid responsibly. but the company has not sent my money so for. so please kindly verify my policy and please help me to send the amount from the above said policy.

                                myself gaurav singhal. i have a policy with INGVYSYA life insurance company my policy no is 02474676. i have not received the policy bond. and i forward a request to freelook this policy due to my financial condition. this request has been rejected by the branch manager as the customer care executive told me. as per the policy condition i can freelook my policy within 15 days of the receipt of the policy bond and i have not received the policy bond. kindly look into the matter and solve this problem as soon as possible

                                I have a policy in ing vysya life insurance company. the policy no is 01151521. due to terms and conditions in policy i want to cancel this policy and regarding the cancellation i have submitted the application in the freelook period on 5 august 2008 and they said it will be cancelled in next 15-20 working days. but now its 26 september and the policy is still active. i called their customer care several times everytime they said we'll call u back in 2-3 working days but they didn't call. please take appropriate steps to solve my problem.

                                  Is there any bank governing body in India to address customers painful experiences with this bank.

                                  If I have some powers, I would ask this bank to close their shop and leave.

                                  If they are not able to serve the customers there is no point of them to operate and later point to raise an insolvency. The governing body must be a watch dog at these banks and must act proactively in closing such idiotic banks.

                                  This is a shame on the bank director and CEO to run such a business and live on poor mans blood.

                                  I had enough of exp with this bank and would recommend for its closure.

                                    It is being very worst experience with ING Vysya bank for getting the foreclosure letter initially when i requested the letter in 2011 they took more than month to provide, when i was looking for changing bank and transfer to other bank.They took so much time after many followup and my vacation finished and I have to leave country for assignment abroad so I could not complete the transfer.

                                    Now again , when I am paying money directly so loan can be closed ASAP and asked for foreclosure letter they have not provided letter ,now it is more than two weeks and no response on it from their department after writing many emails. It is really annoying ,they just delaying the things to earn extra interest.

                                    hope some one take action against such banks and suggest not to do deal with this bank since their after sales service is pathetic.

Ludhiana. My Loan Account No. is GLGL 00000282. Now after paying more than 32 installments of Rs. 5500/- Per Month I want to foreclose my loan account from my own funds. For this purpose, I visited the bank and submit my request for foreclosure. First the bank insisted me to continue with the loan but as I have got sufficient funds at my own, so there is no question to pay any interest.
                                    Now the matter is that, the bank is not co-operating me in this regard. The officials are not forwarding my request to their concerned head office at Chennai (as intimated by the Sh. Gagan Arora Branch Manager). They have told me that a prior approval from their head office is required for foreclosure, but it was not mentioned to me at the time of sanction of loan. The officials are not even telling me the principal amount outstanding as on date. However they are insisting me to pay 4% of penal interest as foreclosure charges, while in the agreement made earlier it was only 2% of the outstanding. On my repeated visits to the bank, the officials are harassing me by paying no attention towards my case. Every time I visit the bank, the official advice me to come another day for further action.
                                    Please help me, as I feel much harassed.

                                      I have surrendered policy for which I was told the funds would be deposited within 10 working days. It has been 3 weeks with no information from ING Life, after making numerous calls , they don't seem to care to just give me the status, they simple keep me on hold for extended periods when I ask to speak with a supervisor. Below are the policy numbers -

                                      I am really disappointed with the response of this company. It works as if it is a government company, I wonder how they are surviving? It takes about 15 minutes to talk to a person upon calling their customer service number - a voice rambles on and on about what to be SMSed to get what info for almost 10 minutes.

                                        Dear Sirs/ Madam,

                                        I had an en existing loan with ING Vysya Bank Limited from their Mumbai-Andheri Branch.

                                        I have been continuously trying to follow up with theri officials for issue of foreclosure letter and documents. The foreclosure letter was issued only after more than a month after rigorous followup.

                                        The balance outstanding amount cheque was issued on 1st October '2012 has been credited to M/s ING Vysya account within 2 days.I had immediately asked for return of loan documents.

                                        Unfortunately there is no response nor any confirmation till date.

                                        I am being harassed to an extent just because the loan is foreclosed which is highly disgusting.

                                        And this is happening since beginning of September 2012 when undersigned had applied. Even the ING banks grievance department is inactive and unconcerned about the whole issue.

                                        In spite of the outstanding amount cheque being issued on 1st October '2012, its more than 15 days that there is no concern and response from ING office.

                                        Please let me know what should be done to end this disgusting delays and no action.
