[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance Ltd And Bajaj Allianz — Death claim Free Insurance on Loan

My husband had taken Personal Loan Rs.60000/=from Bajaj Finserv and was paying the EMIs regularly. Group Insurance premium Rs.1502/= (for Rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He met an accident and died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal accident insurance of Rs.100000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from Rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the Free Personal Accident Insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to Bajaj Finserv and I have been asked to contact Bajaj Allianz. When asked in Bajaj Allianz, they again persue the matter with Bajaj Finserv. . I got the following reply from Bajaj Finserv: >With reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. Moreover, the documents were sent to the following address: >Attention - Pradeep Rajput/Sachin Jamsudkar >Bajaj Finance Limited >c/o Tata Consultancy Services >Electronic Sadan No. 3, Bhosari MIDC >Near Philips, Near Bhosari Police station >Pune Nasik Phata, >Pune 411026, But till now, no response from them and I have been again asked to contact Bajaj Allianz putting me in loop. I have already sent the documents and I spoke to Bajaj Allianz & Bajaj Finserv. But till now, I am not getting any proper response from anybody. They all are putting me in loop and throwing me to both Finserv and Allianz. I do not know what has happened to the documents I have sent to the following address:

Dear Sir/ Mam, My name is Nirmala Kumari, I have started two plans : Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain, Policy no. [protected] on 26th Septmber 2007. kindly update the current status of policies.
Sir my father taken personal from Baja finance..
He is not paid emi regularly and loan period is over, , but still emis pending..
8months ago my father died..
Bajaj recovery agent call my number, and he told paid remain emis and claims the insurance..
Loan amount 50000...
