Irda — deactivation of my licence and pan number from irda portal

Respected sir,
I am nishikant kumar. I used to work as life insurance agent in a private life insurance company ( Reliance Nippon life Insurance company) and i paid rs.2000 as a fee to get my NOC .

So i want deactivate my licence number and pan number from IRDA portal. My licence number is[protected] and pan number - DQYPK9879J .

Kindly deactivate my licence number and pan number from IRDA portal. I will be very greatful if you look through my application as soon as possible. Thank you for your precious time.

Sir maine ek application form bhara tha National Insurance company mein Jiska unique ID NIC/AGT/10142020/005439 and my pan no AJPPR8960E please deactivate agent code and my PAN number Kyunki yah PAN number dusri company mein registered Hai unhone Mera code block kar diya hai Bole Hain pahle isko deactivate karwaiye fir wah mera code chalu ho sakta hai.

Kindly remove my pan from irda portal .I have given resign LIC my agent code. I got job sbi life. It's very argent for me sir. My name Bijoy das, Pan no AZJPD7128C, LIC CODE-LIC08306488
