[Resolved] Ixigo — amount debited but ticket not booked - irctc | |
I have booked tickets of inr 1420.4 through ixigo app for train - irctc. The amount has been deducted through paytm upi payment for which i have the transaction id and all details of the payment but there is no information on th ixigo app neither my tickets are booked. I called paytm but they said the transaction has been successful from our side so where is my money as there is no information on ixigo app regarding thr same neither i have tickets booked. There is no number available to contact ixigo. Please stop cheating customers and taking their hard earn money i need an immediate resolution on this..
