[Resolved] Ixigo — amount debited but ticket not booked - irctc

I have booked tickets of inr 1420.4 through ixigo app for train - irctc. The amount has been deducted through paytm upi payment for which i have the transaction id and all details of the payment but there is no information on th ixigo app neither my tickets are booked. I called paytm but they said the transaction has been successful from our side so where is my money as there is no information on ixigo app regarding thr same neither i have tickets booked. There is no number available to contact ixigo. Please stop cheating customers and taking their hard earn money i need an immediate resolution on this.. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jan 30, 2020 Updated by Tarun959 There is no solution on my complaint to ixigo how can it be resolved irctc have no records of the ticket and SBI bank says the payment was successful that means the money is with ixigo
