[Resolved] Ixigo — Flight Ticket booking amount not refund | |
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that till date I am not receiving my ticket booking amount which was booked on April'2020 and my journey date was 18.04.2020, my PNR no. IQ5HME. I was booked through my HDFC bank debit card but till date the amount is not credited. As per conversation on dated 21.09.2020 and in ixigo portal the statement showing the amount will be credited in 06.10.2020 and it will reflect in your bank statement on 13.10.2020 but till date it is not showing. Indigo also provide the credit note against the same of Rs. 3500/- but it is not credited. As per DGCA circular the full amount will be refunded due to automatic cancel the ticket for Covid-19. Aug 6, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 21, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Apologies for the inconvenience. The refund could not be processed as the transaction is older than 6 months. Please refer to the notification sent to your registered email address and phone number to claim the refund. Once done, the amount shall be credited within 3-4 days. Thanks Team ixigo | |
