I have booked a ticket today 22nd Saturday in using ixibo mobile app. Payment has been taken from my credit card but I have neither received ticket details via email or text message. Ticket was booked from Trivandrum to Bangalore and return. No confirmation yet, kindly do the needful to either send me the ticket or credit the cash back to my account.
